If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff are unprofessional and unreliable. Our server entered our order in wrong and then came to our table asking us what the issue was after we had sent back food that was not ours. She was very rude and offensive and had poor customer service. She had told one of the people in our party that the baked potato soup was unlimited and then refused to give her another soup stating that she never said it was unlimited when the person in my party clarified the soup was unlimited by itself. I never write reviews, but I have tried to come to this Chili's in the past two weeks over three times and have yet to be seated. They claim there's no bar area and the restaurant is full when it is clearly not. I know that there is Covid regulations obviously but I have been to numerous other Chili's and it is not the same. This is by far the worse service I have ever had from a Chili's ever. First off, I went with my family of six and when we got there we weren't sat anywhere. We chose to sit at the bar and we were only served drinks along with appetizers. The server brought only five drinks and our appetizers with no plates! My sister had to go up to the bar and get her husband's water. We had to ask for her multiple times and when we would she tell us that she would be right there, but she would never come by. We had waited twenty minutes and she finally came by to take our order. At that time, we had all decided to leave and go to Yardhouse. This has the worst service from right when you walk in. As we entered, to the right of the entrance we saw at least 5 empty tables visible and 2 to the left. Me and my coworkers go out pretty regularly, and decided to try chili's today. It was an awful experience, our waiter Emmanuel was extremely inattentive. He mixed up our cards and receipts, charged my card and then lied about it as if he didn't, very sketchy. Then he wouldn't give me my card back with my receipt, when he gave everyone else there's back. When asked if I could get my card back, He had supposedly lost it. Then found it in one of his pockets!! I feel like I could have been a victim of Credit Card Fraud if I wasn't paying attention. Thank god I was, and caught it. The Worst costumer service I ever seen Me and my family came to eat here and the waiter forgot to bring what we ordered we ordered chips and salsa the waiter took 25 min to bring it until we notified the waiter also our drinks were empty for while. I asked for a printed out menu for my grandma and they never provided it. It was my cousin's birthday and I told them can you bring a small cake they also forgot and our celebration dinner was ruined. We sat down at 8:30 we didn't get our food until 9:48 so the waitresses were pressuring to eat our food and go. So i came here, excited about my favorite, their egg rolls and wanted to try the crispy tenders. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the host at the bar, he was attentive and polite. I order the items I was interested in having tonight and my appetizer came out after the crisper meal, by the time i got the crisper meal, I took a bite of the chicken and the chicken was cold but the fries were hot. I sent the tenders back and when they were returned , they were returned fresh out the fryer but the same one i bit off was also returned. I asked the host, if they had put the tenders back in the oil after me eating them, he said he didn't know and would bring his manager. His manager came to address the issue, he was very rude condescending quickly removed the plate off the bar and said he'll bring fresh one, I asked him not to use the same grease that they obviously use to remake already eaten food. This place always delivers for us...I know it's just Chili's but we love coming here. I'm a fan of the margarita chicken, my husband loves the fajitas and our daughters a fan of the mini burgers or chicken fingers on the kids menu. Just come as you are no need to get fancy. Decided to come & eat here with friends on the weekend, so there's always a wait. The Host in the front was nice and let me know it was going to be a 30-40min wait. We waited 25min before we got seated so that was great. It was decent for the bar area, however for some reason they decide to have the utensil station behind our table so people kept having to squeeze behind me which I wasn't too thrilled about. The drink service was pretty good, although when offering my friend another beer instead of asking what size she wanted she just brought her the biggest size. My dinner was delicious! I had ribs and fries and the ribs are always great. I have had them TONS of times and they are always tender, falling off the bone , and juicy! My family and I drove up from San Diego for a family get together. When all was said and done, we decided to have dinner at Chili's. We'd been to this location before, and had had a positive experience. So we thought this time would be equally nice. Admittedly, we have a large family when we all get together. We arrived at the Antelope Valley location around 4:05pm. I went in to make sure it wasn't busy and that they could accommodate our large party of 13. I stood behind another party for close to 5 mins before anyone even bothered to greet either of us. There were literally over a dozen tables that were empty. Entire sections that weren't being utilized. Several servers stood around talking but not helping anyone. Finally when someone greeted us, I explained that we had a party of 13. He seemed exceptionally befuddled. He actually had to ask another person if they could handle that many people in one party. The woman he conferred with said yes, but that it would take 15 minutes to push some tables together. I agreed that would be fine. So I went outside and gathered the rest of our family. We have a daughter who's recently had a major hip surgery and is in a massive cast, and requires to be in her wheelchair or stroller. I also had my mother in law with us. She also is disabled, and requires a wheelchair. We got everyone together and tried to get everyone inside. The front of the store is not conducive to wheelchairs. (On a separate note, this is the only Chili's restaurant where someone wasn't eagerly waiting to hold the door open for customers.) By this time it was about 4:25pm. We were all being very crowded and felt we were taking up valuable walking area so we tried to slide into an obviously closed section to be "out of the way". This instead seemed to bother workers. One lady (I didn't catch her name) but she was a trainer of some sort, actually huffed and rudely said, "we aren't ready for you yet. You're server doesn't even start working until 4:30." We explained that we understood, but that we were trying to stay out of the way. The trainer and another lady that were wiping the tables down, (presumably for our party) kept looking over at us with looks of disgust. The bald man who originally greeting me, walked past us and without really looking at any of us, mentioned in passing that they were almost ready. At this point my husband and I had had enough, and we left. It's sad, because we chose Chili's because everyone can order what they want, and it's usually very friendly and overall a nice experience. This was not the case this time. My bother in law and sister in law that live in Lancaster said they won't return to that Chili's. We obviously don't live close enough to visit often anyway, but I couldn't be compelled to visit this location again either. read more

Chili's is usually are go to place but on this trip it was taking unusual amount of time to seat us. I understand with COVID and understand the wait times, grown very accustom to them. I've been here countless of times never had a problem. We came for Sunday lunch and we were seated promptly. My waiter was very attentive and funny, he reminded me of Will Ferrell from Elf. The food was on time and piping hot. I ended up getting the 2 fir $20 my guacamole chips were bomb! such fresh guacamole they were gone in a heartbeat. I've been to this chili's numerous times, but I decided to write my review this last time I was there...Soo here we go..... We ate here on Friday night around 7ish so it was pretty packed. Our wait time for a table was about 20mins but we managed to take a table in the bar area. Noise level was somewhat loud, basketball games were on and people drinking their drinks. On to the food, food was average nothing memorable, I ordered the chicken ranch quesadilla, gf always gets the chipotle chicken strips. My quesadilla was okay, good flavor. Not the best quesadilla I've had thats for sure, My gf got the chicken strips and those were good too! But just average, food here is nothing special.... The service was great.
