Always fun here. Way too many toppings to choose from, everything you could possibly want. Flavors of the yogurt and sorbet good and with seasonal offerings. One staff member is definitely not enough though. Line gets long and dining area doesn't get cleaned.

This was a pretty good chiller bee location. Service was good, it was clean, and all the froyo machines were working. They had a lot of different flavors. I liked sampling all the different kinds. Truly, the flavor variety was much better than other froyo places I've been to. The place was pretty clean. We arrived about an hour before closing, so the store was pretty empty. Ambiance was ok - it just felt like a froyo place. No complaints from me.

It's frozen yogurt with free rein to build your sundae to your own flavor profile. Pro tip, don't take teenagers since cost is determined by weight and not size of serving and the urge to pile it on needs to be restrained. The elements are good and the temptation strong.

First time at chiller bees! The restaurant was clean, and no trash anywhere to be seen, however, the restroom was closed for renovations, so I couldn't wash my hands. The staff wasn't very welcoming, but that didn't hinder my experience. There were a variety of flavors that were all very delicious. However, some of them were out of order without any signs stating so. There was a wide variety of toppings ranging from fruits to cereals to candy and overall it was nice. The pricing was OK probably about seven dollars per cup depending on how heavy. Will be returning!

Brought our two kiddos here for the first time today. There were no other people or families there so we didn't have to be too concerned about social distancing. If you are still trying to be diligent about that, I'd suggest going right when it opens like we did. They had lots of flavor options. It was very clean and they also had lots of topping selections. There was only one staff member there that we saw but she was nice. Definitely a good option for frozen yogurt in the Spring area and a family friendly environment

The interior is decked out with circus-themed items (mostly on the walls), red-checkered floors and lots of circus monkeys. I sampled many flavors like the dark chocolate chunk, vegan coconut sticky rice, passionfruit apricot pistacio, strawberry matcha, vanilla strawberry blondie, and salted caramel honeycomb among others. I was originally going to order my usual of 2 scoops in a cup, but their offerings are slightly different and actually priced higher than competitors at $9.50 for two scoops. However, that is the pricing with a waffle cone. Their menu did not indicate the cost if you order the ice cream in a cup instead, nor did I ask. Luckily for me, Sundays are a great day to come when they have $10 sundaes, which includes 3 scoops of your choosing. I chose the dark chocolate chunk, strawberry matcha, and the vanilla strawberry blondie. This ended up being a very filling dessert after eating all the brownie chunks as well which come with the sundae. Service was friendly, and there was ample seating inside. They should consider adding seating outside though. Overall, it did not overtake my top spot in the Woodlands, but they are certainly a good option if you're in the area.

The moment we walked in, everyone immediately made a beeline for the cookie display. I grabbed my personal favorite the Domino cookie, and we added a birthday cake cookie to the lineup as well. I did have one straggler wander over to the ice cream side, and I have to say, the service was quick and fun to watch. The cookies-and-cream ice cream had an excellent cookie-to-ice-cream ratio, which is an important detail if you ask me. The store was bright, clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Maybe next time we'll upgrade to a cookie cake and find another reason to celebrate summer. Until then, these cookies definitely did the trick.

Completely absurd. When she was handing these "scoops" to my family I was like, "are you serious?" And they just smirked. Weird. I just wanted to pay and get out. But then I was blindsided by the cost. Like, WHAT????? $40 for THIS? To make it worse, they prompt you for a 15% minimum tip at checkout--for what? Handing over a scoop the size of a tablespoon? The audacity is unreal. The photo I'm attaching shows exactly what we were handed--untouched. That sad little scoop cost me six bucks. No wonder the place is always empty. Do yourself a favor and skip it. For $40, you could buy six gallons of Blue Bell and let everyone pick their own flavor. Never again.
