A true gem for excellent doughnuts! Each donut is made to order! We loved the all of them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was thoroughly explained had a wide variety of great options. Our favorite donut shop! We will certainly be regulars moving forward!

I was happy to see a Duck Donuts near by. The one that was in the city closed before I could try it. I've been a few times now and I can say that these donuts are very good. I have tried quite a few, maple bacon, ultimate cookie butter, sunrise and a few others. My favorite so far are the maple bacon and sunrise though I've enjoyed them all. They are always very warm/hot as they make them to order. The store is pretty large, a decent amount of seating especially for a donut shop. Clean and the kids really enjoy being able to watch the crew make the donuts through the watch glass area which I think is cute! I think the staff is still getting in the groove of things though. My interactions with them have been fine overall but not overly friendly or helpful. But not bad service by any means. I do like that they have the kiosk that you can order at though. Lastly, the wait times have varied. From like 1-2 minutes all the way to a good 20 min wait!! I think they are still working on some new establishment kinks and getting their flow down. Overall I would recommend.

Wow! I expected this to be a good donut but wasn't prepared for what truly is one of the best donuts I've ever had. The donut itself is wonderfully light, warm, and just perfect. It's hard to describe the light texture, almost like somebody took pancake dough and turned it into a doughnut, but that doesn't do it justice. These are really in a class by themselves. They can be decorated in a bunch of ways. The two I had were chocolate and a lemon strawberry. The glaze adds a little more sweetness and we're both perfectly tempered, with a beautiful shine as they cool. I look forward to coming back and trying some of the breakfast items. The owner and staff were great. The shop itself is bright and spotlessly clean. I love the fact that they have a window with a little step so that kids can watch the donuts being made.

Don't let low my score lead you astray because theses donuts are the best donuts I ever had. The recipe that they use is top tier, like a mix between cake dough and regular donuts! The place is really spacious and cute! The little games are a nice touch as well, although my main problem just comes with the staff. You can tell they're sweet but they're a little off putting at times. BUT I love the open make line aspect of this place and the fact that they make your donuts right in front of you!

A French toast donut...don't threaten me with a good time. Give it to me and give it to me now! I have not had the pleasure of going directly to this location. However, I was able to taste a donut while at the hair salon, and it was everything and more. I cannot wait to get a chance to go to the actual location and order more. Yum, yum, yum!

Donuts were good. And over priced. I got 4 donuts and a coffee with my kids and it was $21. Wow. They had a pretty big donut selection and made to order, the topping at least. But they had no other options such as kolaches. Service was decent. And ambiance and atmosphere were kids fun.

I'm not a true sweet eater but I do like a hot donut every now and then. we decided to try it after church one Sunday. so the concept is a fresh made to order donut which means you may have a long wait considering this and the fact they are new and must get the flow of things in order. I am willing to give them a chance to correct the mishaps along the way. We did wait for an hour but it was ok bc we are understanding. I do have confidence they will work it out. I suggest ordering online to help with the wait or you may want to hang out in the area. The shop is cute and they do have a little step up with a glass for the kids to see their donuts being made. But the donut itself is worth the wait. It is very different from your average fried donut. it is truly a great treat bc the donut is like fried cake batter and not fried bread dough. When you bite into it. It's like crispy on the outside and fluffy cake in the inside. This unique recipe is soooo good. It's worth the wait. I hope they are around for a long time. We will be visiting often. I can't wait to take my mom who loves a good donut to visit.

I really wanted this place to be great, and it still could be. But if they continue the way they are going, they won't make it another 6 months. We showed up at 10:00 and I have never seen anyone move as slow as each of the employees were moving. It took over 30 minutes to get a dozen donuts. There were many people that came after us and they all had to wait as well. The donuts were definitely good, but that will not be enough if they don't improve the service. We'll probably go back, but if the service is as slow as it was today we won't get the chance because they won't make it.

Great service and a nice treat! Custom donuts made to order. This is a new, local place. We would go back.

The interior is decked out with circus-themed items (mostly on the walls), red-checkered floors and lots of circus monkeys. I sampled many flavors like the dark chocolate chunk, vegan coconut sticky rice, passionfruit apricot pistacio, strawberry matcha, vanilla strawberry blondie, and salted caramel honeycomb among others. I was originally going to order my usual of 2 scoops in a cup, but their offerings are slightly different and actually priced higher than competitors at $9.50 for two scoops. However, that is the pricing with a waffle cone. Their menu did not indicate the cost if you order the ice cream in a cup instead, nor did I ask. Luckily for me, Sundays are a great day to come when they have $10 sundaes, which includes 3 scoops of your choosing. I chose the dark chocolate chunk, strawberry matcha, and the vanilla strawberry blondie. This ended up being a very filling dessert after eating all the brownie chunks as well which come with the sundae. Service was friendly, and there was ample seating inside. They should consider adding seating outside though. Overall, it did not overtake my top spot in the Woodlands, but they are certainly a good option if you're in the area.

The moment we walked in, everyone immediately made a beeline for the cookie display. I grabbed my personal favorite the Domino cookie, and we added a birthday cake cookie to the lineup as well. I did have one straggler wander over to the ice cream side, and I have to say, the service was quick and fun to watch. The cookies-and-cream ice cream had an excellent cookie-to-ice-cream ratio, which is an important detail if you ask me. The store was bright, clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Maybe next time we'll upgrade to a cookie cake and find another reason to celebrate summer.
