This place is awesome and the staff is amazing and helpful! I love going there to get their nugget ice! Omg I can run through those bags! The snow cones are amazing too, their hot Cheetos with cheese are a 10/10. The things they serve there reminds me of childhood and it's makes me happy. To top it off it's in my neighborhood I'm like two seconds away! The only thing I had a hard time eating was the chili dog I had really been craving one and it wasn't the best chili dog the chili had an interesting taste that just wasn't for me and the weenie was tough which was odd to me. This place was a perfect and needed stop after golf lessons. The walk up counter really reminds me of ice cream places back home (up north) and there was a few picnic benches outside to enjoy our treats. The server was really helpful and the service was quick. I got the vanilla soft serve with strawberry topping which was just okay. The soft serve wasn't as creamy as I was hoping it to be, and I was scared the strawberry topping was going to stain my clothes. Luckily it didn't haha, but my treat was still really refreshing. My friends got the tiger blood shaved ice and hot dog, which they said were pretty good. Overall, I would come back and definitely recommend to anyone in the area! read more

This place was a disaster. My family & I whnt over The Weeknd n got food poisoning from this nasty place. Pleasee pleasee don't go here my two toddlers had high fever, vomiting & still diarrhea. The first we saw was tht we whr the only ppl & took soo! Long to jst serve a corn in a cup & a lemonade snow cone so they told us to park somewhere to wait for the order. But the worse was when the girl w/ her long pink nails came to the car w the corn & almost immediately gave it to me almost dropping the cup like if she was in a rush to go whn thr was no other customer waiting. Well we started to mix the corn n saw tht it was dark brown reheated over reheated!! N the lemonade was jst shredded ice with lit lemonade not lemonade syrup. Excellent food, poor service! My family and I came here in the hope of grabbing a refreshing dessert. At first we got out of the car to go to the walk- in window but due to the extreme heat opted out for the drive through option. We waited about 30 minutes in the line although there was only one car ahead of us. When we finally got to the order window we were shocked to see there is only one lady working there - just one. Although she was efficient it is unfair of the business to expect one person to both take orders and make them as well as walk and hand them to you while you're in your car. The snow cones and the malt were great. Both refreshing and delicious but not worth the long wait. I do not see my self or my family coming back due to the substandard experience. However, I do believe that if the place were to hire one or two more people they would be able to flourish. The food is there, the service isn't. read more

We've driven by here several times, and I always thought it looked interesting, and it did not dissapoint. I got the elote and a rasberry sno-cone. Both were tasty. My husband got the frito pie, and being a picky Texan, his face lit up with such joy at the perfection he felt the Frito Pie to be. The place is drive-thru, or you can walk up to a window to order. Super cheap. Fun. We will definitely be going back, but someone else is going to have to review the pickle twister, I just can't wrap my head around that. Next time I will definitely be getting the hot cheetos with nacho cheese. read more

Pretty good overall. My family and I came to get some snow cones on a very hot day when we messed something refreshing. We were unsure of how the business works and if you're supposed to get outside of your car or stay in. We figured out that there is a drive through option and that is what we did. We waited in line for half and hour cluelessly. When it was our turn we figured out there is only ONE worker that has to do the job all by herself. Not only is she expected to make everything alone but she is only expected to walk out of the shop and hand you the food directly. The snow cones were good but not worth all the trouble. read more

I always lived nearby and decided to try it. I was extremely satisfied with the banana split. It's HUGE!!!! It took my husband two day and three sittings to finish it. I had the bbq sandwich and cherry snowcone. Very happy with it. Will definitely come back. read more

Besides the young lady's (cashier) poor attitude and lack of enthusiasm, the taste of the snow cone made up for their customer service. My advice to this establishment though- be a lot more excited and helpful- especially towards your customers of color. I did not feel welcomed nor appreciated, and when inquiring about flavors the lady just looked at me confused after I asked her to taste a particular flavor. I drove from Yale St to this establishment, and was slightly dissatisfied with the customer service but satisfied with the snow cones. read more

My girlfriend and I go there so often. We LOVE it. The service and friendliness is nice. Don't see why these people complain, they're teenagers/young adults running this small & DELICIOUS business. Snow Cones, ice cream, snacks, are so great there. I DO only have one complaint. ONE. I know they will know exactly what im talking about. One day my girlfriend and I went to order a banana split. We've already ordered Banana splits on about 3 different occasions there. This last time, im guessing they ran out of ice cream, so when they gave my girlfriend her banana split, they drenched the banana split with Strawberry fudge, Chocolate Fudge, & whip cream to cover up the fact that there was literally NO ice cream in the banana split. NONE. My girlfriend even compared the pics of the first time she got her banana split, to the last time. First one as perfect, with 3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream. Her last split had NO scoops, just whipped cream. You guys could at LEAST say "We are out of vanilla ice cream at the moment " instead of having somebody pay for Nothing but fudge and whip cream when we could've just gotten a satisfying snow cone . read more

This was our first time there, BAD experience.. The girl working the drive thru was rude and had no manners. She handed us our drenched snow cones, we asked her if she could remake them with light syrup, she said NO!! "Great customer service skills" How did you let an unhappy customer leave without remaking a damn snow cone? Very uncalled for, so we asked for a refund! Great food. It's kind of like carnival food but slot cheaper. Staff is very kind. With speedy service. There was one staff member that was very rude.
