Had a 8am appointment checked up on it cause a friend saw it outside thought it was done. Called to check found out at the moment I called the were just putting it on the rack. Had to call again at 330 pm told they would call me back. Didn't get a call got a message asking if they could keep it overnight. Didn't really have a choice let them keep it another big mistake. Figured they would call me about noon . Totally wrong on that. Had to call again they hadn't gotten around to pulling it back into the garage but they were getting right on it. So I waited for another phone call that never came. Had to call them around 3 hours later still haven't had time to look at it. Very poor customer service skills. Went to pick up my vehicle. Upon opening my vehicle door there was dirt all over the floor board and the side carpet. My door had grease and oil on the door pull device. My center console arm rest had salt stains from someone's arm . You could visually see the arm impression. Went in with a full tank of gas came out with three quarts of a tank. So if you're looking for place to treat you like a paying customer. This isn't it never going back again. Oil changes are cheaper at Walmart. Took my vehicle to Hortons auto the following week identified the problem immediately . Had it fixed before the end of the day. I didn't have to call them once. They called to tell me what the problem was how much it would cost. Called to tell me when it was finished. Totally satisfied with their professionalism . If you do take your vehicle to ford take a photo of your odometer and gas gauge. Better yet get a vehicle gps tracker before leaving it overnight. There are better places to get your vehicle worked on than this place. Trying to get hold of anyone in their service department should have been my first clue. So Chillicothe Ford gets a big thumbs down.

Men who from wide experience (which is what results from serving farmers, who could roll up in you-never-know-what) take on a service request with the practical experience as well as a willingness to do what will meet their customer's needs without overdoing the process... is that I never left feeling hustled, which was how I felt at times in big-city service shops. Polo Sales & Service epitomizes the we-can-probably-fix-it attitude that resulted in great value, especially when compared to much bigger shops. In fact the only drawback here is the fact that farmers show up early and often, so the wait is at times longer than city shops that have bigger staffs and more lifts. Great people. 5 solid

Inside, there are the usual snacks, plenty of canned soft drinks, brewed coffee, and a few fountain drinks--fewer than what many convenience stores now offer. Liquor seems to carry sales based upon the inventory and amount of space given to it. The men's bathroom needed attention.
