We called to schedule the actual repair and were told they were a few months out. American Leak Detection never called us back to schedule and never returned. We followed up in 2022 to get on the schedule to repair and never received a call back. In spring of 2023 they answered our call, came out and said we would need to pay for another leak detection that we already had back in 2021. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with the lack of understanding and customer service to the hurdles we have endured for American Leak Detection to do their job that we have tried to schedule. It is not on us as customers to pay extra for their lack of organization in schedule when we requested multiple times to be place on their work schedule.
