Clean and nice looking restaurant. Everything looked clean. Service was great and the food was good. We got a breakfast bowl and a breakfast taco. Flavor and freshness were spot on but. Yeah there is a but, the prices are high. The drink area is too small for a restaurant this size. Customer stumbling over each other trying to get a drink. Food- good... but, blue cheese with taquitos?? Service- bought a bottle of fanta that needed a bottle opener. The girl at the register never mentioned or offered to open it. She didnt give me chips with my salsa. Just two cups of salsa with a table number on a tray. No napkins with my food and no plasticware. I had to ask to have my bottle opened and for the chips that were supposed to be with the salsa. Not to mention, the girl touched her face numerous times along with handling the food. Gross! Also, there was a lot of grab-ass going on behind the counter. I get that its supposed to be a light, enjoyable atmosphere but these young kids need to be MANAGED. These kids were more interested in playing grab-ass than doing their job. The guy taking the order was decent. Chiloso Royse City is outstanding! Very fresh, delicious food ordered in an a-la-carte manner. The OG Chicken Quesadilla is one of the best I've had! Queso has a great taste with a pretty good kick to it! My wife always gets a plain bean burrito with queso on top, and says it's also one of the best she's had. While looking for a new place to eat in such a small town, we stumble across this establishment. I am giving this place one star only because of the gentleman that was preparing our food. He was extremely kind and gave helpful suggestions. HOWEVER, when we got to the register to check out the lady at the register asked what meat we had in our bowl she says, "fried chicken". Ordered food online. Got there 2 min after selected time. 50 min after time it was ready! The drinks ordered were melted. Took forever to remake. My food is now not hot and i was tired of waiting so asked to refund drinks so food wouldn't be cold. They said no refund on drinks so hadto wait. Food is always great, but every time I come here the girl who wears glasses with dirty blonde/light brown hair always has an attitude. Everyone just loves this place it seems and Chiloso's ego is about as big as it can get around these parts. The food is NEVER hot and I mean never. The pork is so fatty and has weird charred pieces in it. Their queso is so overpriced. Their goal is to burn your mouth but not with flavor. Food is yummy HOWEVER buyer be ware because prices when they ring you up will not match posted prices! Example when they rang up our order of chicken taquitos it is on the sign for $14.15 yet it rang up at the register for $17.80. We didn't add anything to the basic taquito. Kids is $7.80 yet it rang up as $12.20.... The girl at the register said she didn't know why it rang up different and proceeded to correct it after we pointed out the discrepancies. The female manager on duty said she didn't know why it rang up wrong either but they didn't have the ability to change it. We said the young lady already fixed it. The mgr never offer an apology or a plausible reason for it happening. This is the 2nd time we have come into this location and our bill has rang up $7-9 more than it should have! The first time we didn't catch it until we got home. Food is good.
