My first visit was trash!! I went through the drive through and I told the young lady it was my first time visiting and I had a question. She rolled her eyes to the point that I had to ask if that was okay! She finally took my order asked me to pull up and I sat there almost 30 minutes. I ordered tacos and nachos and queso with meat to try. I pulled back to the window where the manager was taking the drawer out and I had to flag her down and even she made a face as if I was bothering her. She acted as if my questioning my wait time was a problem and she said they had a big party mind you 2 cars had since ordered from the drive through and they drove off with their purchases and the parking lot was empty. I asked for my money back and will never go back customer service sucked. Totally rude and bad customer service. They need to check that madness you never know who your secret shopper could be! And if nachos and tacos is a challenge then maybe they should close up shop. read more

All I can say is great food great prices They make me feel welcome and have never seen restaurant hire such great people. Devon is always smiling and happy the five dollar margaritas are to die for and their manager Hannah checks on us every time we go in she runs a very tight ship, but you can tell everyone loves her. The place is very clean it's nice to see customer service at its finest. We go there 2 to 3 times a week big thank you and shout out to Hannah, Devon Albert, and the very very sweet lady who makes their homemade tortillas. Upon entering a had a sweet welcome from, she was patient and gave me amazing recommendations to try. The atmosphere was very friendly and smelled so good. Twice now I've ordered the quesabirria and it's been just a plain quesadilla with birria meat, no consome. The first time I went it was properly cooked with consome, but now it's not made right and tastes very bland, no flavor. They must have a new chef. Had lunch here the other day, the enchilada shell didn't seemed cooked at all. I had a bite of both and took the rest home to cook them properly. My friend ordered the fajitas. The peppers and onions were still raw. The rice and beans were still spot on. The tortillas were still great. Sat at the bar this time and service was fast and the soup de jour, aka margaritas, were amazing. read more

Definitely the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Taco Bell would have been a better option. The salsa was all heat and no flavor. We each ordered the combo #1. The taco was good. The beef enchilada had no flavor and the meat was very dry. I couldn't eat the chicken enchilada because the queso on it tasted so terrible. It was eally salty and no other flavor to it. This was the third of three Mexican food places I've visited and this one was the best. It has a good atmosphere and friendly service. It also offers tableside-made guacamole which is quite good, too. The birria tacos were not disappointing at all--tasty! Visiting from out of state and found this place on google. Decided to try some Tex -Mexfood. Worse decision! Food was horrible. Taco meat no flavor! (Taco Bell beats it) enchiladas no flavor and the cheese and chili taste nasty! Taste like it was reheated from a can. Service was horrible as well. Not once asked if I needed anything or refill. I was very impressed with this restaurant and their employees! The staff was incredibly friendly and never failed to answer with a "yes ma'am" to my grandmother and I which we both really appriciated. I went and requested a tortilla cup filled with queso in addition to what I already had with my meal, and they were able to fufill that order no problem! While we were here, we saw some pretty well known YouTube Creators which was really neat. The overall atmosphere is pretty calm and casual. Our food arrived very quickly, and it was hot and fresh. I was a big fan of the queso they used to smother my burritos! It didn't taste gross and artificial, and it was perfect consistency. The location was clean, the parking lot was clean and there were a lot of parking spots availible which was great. Hopefully the next time I visit Texas I can stop in again! read more

What a mess. Sorry I tried to eat here. Good salsa, chips, rice and beans. Terrible chicken enchiladas. Dry chicken and awful tomatillo sauce. Good thing I ordered the frog dip, but I could never get a second basket of chips to finish it. Waiter took my chip basket and never returned. That's when I lost it and left, hungry. Terrible waiter. We eat a LOT of Mexican food here in Texas. One thing I have learned with all this eating is this; finding 5 Star Tex-Mex food/experience is like catching a chupacabra = it's not gonna happen. That said, Los Hermanos is one of the largest of about ten-ish Mexican restaurants in this small town of less than 20,000 people. In my multiple visits here, they deliver in the ~3.5 Star range; some hits, some misses, but mostly good, solid Tex-Mex. At times it can be REALLY good if you throw in a HH marg or three (with small frozen Margs $2.99 and Larges for $6.50)! On our last visit, we all enjoyed our chicken enchiladas, fajita plates, chips, salsa and queso. They make their own flour tortillas here which are yummy. On the service side, our sever was in the weeds, but he remained pleasant and rose above it by commandeering extra help as needed. All in all, while they aren't likely to blow you away here with food or service, you probably can't go wrong here either. read more
