I've rented a unit here twice in the past few years and each time it's easy to do online , you get your own code for the gate. You always get a receipt for each payment . The units have been clean each time . The prices are good compared to others in the area. they have a variety of sizes to choose from . You can access them 24/7 Anytime I've had questions I received an email back or phone call back in a day or two. When you are finished with the unit and leave it clean like you got it , they are quick to do an inspection and refund your deposit. I will definitely be going back if I need one in the future! I was looking for a storage unit in Burlington back in May 2015 and everyplace I called was full. Apparently, around graduation time all the students in the area put their items in storage. I was looking at a peak time. I started to call further and further outside of Burlington and finally found one storage unit available with Chimney Corners Self Storage. Deborah, the woman who answered the phone, was very helpful. She said the business was new and the units were new and clean. Given the fact I knew storage units were in high demand and low supply at the time, I jumped on opportunity and put down a deposit. I also found the business website to be very helpful and educational. I had my furniture and possessions in storage with Chimney Corners for 6 months, which was a lot longer than I expected I would need when I originally called. Regardless, the storage unit I rented was large, clean and I had no problems. There were a few times I needed to call and ask questions and the phone was answered almost every time and when it wasn't Deborah called me back right away. I felt like my furniture was safe and I very much appreciated the great customer service I received. I just moved all of my stuff out and if I needed to put things in storage again, I would happily do so here. Refreshingly easy and worry-free experience. I've had a good experience with Chimney Corners Self Storage. Management can sometimes be hard to get a hold of by phone but is quite responsive via email. Being able to rent a unit and get a gate code via email is incredibly convenient and only takes about 10 minutes to do online. read more

My daughter was a freshman in the Burlington area and we live across the country. I didn't understand how hard it could be to find storage for her possessions until I started looking in the spring. Wow! Things fill up! But I can say without hesitation that I lucked into Chimney Corners Self Storage. At first I was worried that it was a bit out of Burlington, but I can't stress enough how lucky I feel to have found them. The space was fairly priced, secure, clean, dry, and easy to access. It was also crazy easy to get there from Burlington. Any email I sent to them was answered immediately. I will rent from them for the rest of the time my daughter is in school in Vermont. I was new to renting a storage unit and after a horrible experience at Essex, I looked to chimney corners. Deborah was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating my need for a certain sized space. She was in touch often to make sure everything went smoothly. The space is clean and dry and elevated a couple inches off the pavement so I am confident there will be no issues with weather. The facility is secure and well lit.
