They confirmed the number of vents and showed me the cost before doing any work to make sure I was fine with the price. The actual cleaning took them about 1.5 hours. When they were done they did a walk through inspection with me to make sure nothing was wrong. They showed me before and after photos of the ducts and vents. My 88-year-old mother-in-law hired this company to clean her fireplace. While performing work on the roof near the chimney, the crew broke her skylight. What has been most frustrating is what happened after that. It took six months just to get someone to come look at the damage, and then another six months of repeated phone calls before they sent a repair company to evaluate it. That company informed us the skylight replacement would cost over $5,000. The owner then refused to pay for the replacement and instead attempted to have one of his technicians repair the skylight. The technician arrived with the wrong parts, said the correct parts would be ordered, and left. That was the last we heard. As of today -- over a year later -- the skylight is still not repaired and the owner refuses to return calls. To make matters worse, the fireplace cleaning service that was originally scheduled was never completed. We tried for over a year to resolve this directly before posting this review. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially considering this involved an 88-year-old homeowner who simply wanted her fireplace cleaned. I hope the company will step up and take responsibility for the damage that occurred while their crew was working on the roof.

He showed up around 1pm almost 2pm. Way before his given time frame which was amazing! Thankfully, this service was fair and also had a duct hose replacement already! Seriously the service was done probably within 30minutes. He even double checked to make sure our dryer was running smooth and no air was being released with the new duct replacement. He even explained how payment works and I love that they had many options, from cash, check, and Zelle. Since their credit card service wasn't working. His service was fair, and respectful.
