Generated at most 1-2 gallons of debris during the cleaning but claimed it was illegal for him to take it and dispose of it. Local PA DEP office said there is no special regulation for oil fired residential chimney buildup material. The worst was he forgot to reinstall one of the chimney pipe support straps. Called him within one hour of leaving and notified him by phone message but he could not be bothered to call back or return. Luckily, owner noticed it and reinstalled himself.

What a dissapointment. I had a hard time finding a mason that would pick up the phone, they…read moreanswered and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took a $2,000 deposit on my job and gave me a start date. They showed up several days later and immediately said it was going to cost an additional $1,300 which I gave them. After countless promises of random days they would come finish the job they told me they wouldn't come finish it until I paid them the final 2000 payment. I reluctantly gave it to them on the owners word it would be done. Now 2 months later, they have now ghosted me and I have a half a stucco wall and missing bricks on my house all for the low low price of $5,300. I am reporting them to the BBB and the PA chamber of commerce. I hope nobody else falls victim to their dishonesty and inability to schedule and complete work.
