But that took a change when I had to contact the gym about canceling my membership. The woman who claimed to be the owners wife was extremely condescending, unprofessional and just overall rude. She ended up hanging up on me after I tried to "kill her with kindness" and said I will be flagged in their system. That does not affect me as I no longer live in NJ but it really is a shame that this is the way I had to end my relationship with this gym.

I would say in the afternoon crowd its about 85%+ male and 10-15% female, in case that matters to u, but I havent noticed any creepy guys at all!

I called and was told that they "left a message for the manager" to freeze my membership and it never happened. Trying to get my money back or cancel my membership was like pulling teeth, as they use a third party company to handle cancellations. I wouldn't be surprised if I am charged again next month, as in the process of dealing with this and being told they can't cancel it yet, I was charged again! Can't get the manager on the phone and have lost hundreds of dollars since I was told they would freeze my account.
