Machines that I really wanted to use were not available in Fairfield and the one fly machine was broken at Morris Plains. So I get here and this place is pretty congested. Aside from all the people, there was just a really tight space and all the machines were really close to one another. Don't come here if you are claustrophobic. It seemed clean enough but it was so crowded on just a Friday early afternoon. So many teenagers. I got all my workouts done but I'm not really in a hurry to come back. The Fairfield location has a lot more room to spread out in. But this would do in a pinch. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive when I told him this was my first time there.

I was seeking a trainer that was not part of a large gym since I tend to not get to the gym unless I have an appointment. I'd rather workout outside on my own by biking, walking or running. Tom makes it so easy for me to get in, workout - then I'm done (I love being done!). I look forward to each session since he mixes things up each time.

Sean is fantastic - designs training session to your level, listens to your feedback, and is a super fun person to work (out) with. Have only just begun training with him (3x /week), but my expectation level was high as I had an outstanding PT before Covid. Sean is holding his own without a sweat - highly recommend him! F45 has a few different membership options and offers student and military discount (same discount). The classes here are excellent! The atmosphere is extremely encouraging and it's nice to just walk in and have your (super efficient, 45 minute) workout planned for you. The trainers, especially Nicole and Leslie, have great energy, and overall this F45 has an awesome community feel. Even ending my membership when I left NJ was easy and painless. Highly recommend!

It's a small studio but it's not conventional like the rest of the studios in the area. He doesn't use or have any cardio machines in there. To me that is awesome because it makes a trainer have to work harder and keep themselves up to date with new exercises, I am writing this long review because I have been with other trainers and they suck. They put you on a treadmill for 20 minutes and leave you there! Why would I pay for someone to do that when I can walk by myself... Anyway, this is a really cool place, I did get a free training session out of the chat and can't wait to see what is in store next week.
