Loved the vibes of this place and the wait staff, though incredibly busy, still made the time to make sure we had everything we needed as food was delivered to our table. We can honestly say we did not have one bad bite of food. To our surprise, the Spice Bag was the thing we thought was the least impressive of the bunch. Still very good, but everything else was so much better. Wish there was a little more chicken in it. The Pan Fried Dumplings were maybe some the best we ever had. Do not skip the Cucumber Salad, this dish is incredibly underrated. The Chicken Satay was very good, not sure if I would get it again. The Thai Basil Beef was a stunner! Huge flavor bomb! In fact, do not skip any beef dish they have. The Crispy Chili Chicken was the best part of a Spice Bag, without the fries. The Duck Wings had amazing flavor, wished they were served a bit hotter. Everything I am mentioning as a criticism is slight and minor FYI. If we ever come back to Dublin, we are coming straight here! Also, do not sleep on their cocktail menu! Amazing drinks!

This is my local Chinese and I order it maybe once a month...ok maybe more....! It's great for when…read moreyou're hungover or just too wrecked to cook, they're just down the road form me and they deliver it really quick! One time I rang them, left to go to the pass machine and it was at my apartment by the time I got back! I've always found the food really good - I usually go for a chow mein or maybe chicken friend rice, but the last time I ordered it, the food wasn't great. But, it's been good more times than it's been bad, so I'm going to let them have an off day! What I like most about it is that there's no minimum order with them - if I'm ordering on my own (boo hoo me) it usually comes to less than a tenner, and some places are fussy about the minimum amount of food you can order.

My lovely fiancee has already written about Wongs as our default Chinese take away, but since I am…read morethe one always pushing for Chinese food I figured I would weigh in. The food here is of good quality - it is not the best take away Chinese food I have ever had, but it is good enough to keep me going back. Their portions are generous, the meat actually tastes like meat (yes I have had this issue) and the quality of the staple dishes is very good (Kung Po. Curry, Satay etc.) Some highlights: Their fried noodles are closer to the vermicelli style than the Lo Mein style (which I prefer) and are well cooked and very tasty - worth trying on their own before using as a side dish. The Singapore fried rice (and equivalent noodles) are nicely spicey without going overboard - if this is your type of dish you will not be disappointed. The Chicken balls are very good - fluffy batter, not too oily and far too tempting to eat just-one-more. Delivery - super fast! While I lived in the US I had a craving for "proper" Chinese take out (east coast Chinese food was, in my experience, very poor) - Wongs satisfies that craving, perhaps a little too well :)

I came here to try their all you can eat dinner menu and I left feeling unbelievably disappointed. The good things about the all you can it is.... -It's all you can eat. -Curry sauce is great. -3 beers for €11.50 The bad things! -Some truly AWFUL dishes. Thai curries in particular. Pretty gross. -Not very comfortable. -Bright lighting. -BAD music. -No one asked if everything was OK. -No one seems to want you to actually order as much as you want. I think we were asked once if we needed anything else. €17 all you can eat. You might think this is a great deal if you want to stuff your face. I guess it possibly is if you stick to certain dishes and gorge yourself. But in all honesty I would rather pay for just a good quality main and starter and really enjoy the experience. If you want to order a spicebag or a 3 in 1 however this place is a good un.

I've eaten here before a few times in smaller groups and found it to be the same - and even though it's all you can eat, it's freshly cooked to order so no lukewarm food in overhandled dishes! Price wise, it's ridiculously reasonable - for 16 of us including drinks it came to 360e - 25e each which, considering the amount we ate, was for next to nothing! A definite favourite of mine, I'll definitely be back for group nights!
