She is always cheerful, friendly, and accurate when it comes to orders. In addition to this, she is generous! Everytime my mom and I stop by, she chirps "Hello babies!", and patiently waits while we take forever to decide what to order. She always adds a pint of white rice, soda and at LEAST 5 fortune cookies. She is the greatest, and this is my favorite place for Chinese-American (fried) food. Service is quick, food is extremely hot, drinks ice cold, and the food high quality. I've had the ribs, wonton soup, pork fried rice and chicken wings. The ribs are the star here with the rice a close second. Ribs are tender and flavorful while the sauce is rich, sweet and lathered on the meat graciously. The rice is cooked very well and has plenty of soy sauce, to the point you may not need to add more. This would be a weekly stop if I lived in town. read more

I ordered from China King for the first time this week through Yelp24. I requested the honey chicken which I am always scared to order as it usually comes with the honey on the side (which in my opinion leaves the chicken tasting bland, it's way better when cooked together) or it arrives uber soggy. However, that was not the case here. The honey chicken arrived still piping hot and oh so crispy. I did however, make a note with the order for them to make the chicken with the honey on it and not to send it on the side. They were willing to comply and it was delicious! Came here to grab a quick bite expecting that when I order chicken, I get chicken, however when I cut into the "chicken" I couldn't make out any actual chicken meat. Not sure what it was. I happened to have eaten some of the meal prior to noticing this. The flavor is decent but the content of the food is questionable at least. See attached pictures. As far as Chinese fast food joints go, this is good food. You're talking about your standard Americanized Chinese fare: General Tso's, Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Orange Beef, etc. Portions are generous, the lunch specials are a great value at $5.95 which includes rice (white or pork fried) and a soda plus entree. They are pretty fast at delivery too. Staff is friendly. Not really the kinda place you want to sit and have a half hour meal, just grab and go. read more

We waited until 3:50pm before contacting someone. We were told that our order was declined because they decided not to do delivery today. I had ordered from here through EAT24 (a GREAT delivery service). When I received the food (tied up in a bag) there were BUGS in the bag when I opened it. Little red-brown ants all crawling around. I immediately called the restaurant and the woman on the line in turn blamed the delivery service. I explained the bag was tied up and the bugs were INSIDE the bag. She said there was nothing to do about it. I asked to speak to the manager and he was apparently not around. I called Eat 24 delivery and was impressed with the quick response and excellent customer service from them. Even if the bugs had been from the driver or his car, I expected more from the restaurant. Give them a call and they are very clear with great acknowledgement of what you ordered regardless on how fast and with any accent.
