My father found this place on yelp a few years ago. We just got around to going to it. We ordered $115 worth of food and waited almost an hour for it. The old lady who runs the place is head strong and wouldn't give us a decent amount of white rice to go with our many orders, she eventually softened up and gave us complimentary Crab Ragoon . The food is the really really good. Like some of the best greasy spoon chinese we ever had. The jumbo fried rice is so much. It's been 3 days and we still eating it. The fried chicken wings is amazing , it had a taste to it I can't pinpoint, I really liked it. Overall everything we ordered was a smash hit. The food at China Casa is so good I drive from Miramar just to get good Chineese food. The Krab Rangoon is made by hand and is so good with the sauce. I always order the chicken with Chineese veggies and it never disappoints, I recommend this place to anyone who asks where to get food Chineese food. It's actually Cantonese style. Great service, the lady that took my order was very professional only allowed 1 person to come inside to pick up food, she was wearing a mask and was very polite even walked up to me after signing my receipt to pour sanitizer on my hand. They offer lunch specials that come out to about $8. Your lunch includes either a soda or spring roll. I went with the spring roll and I actually liked it more than I thought! Loved that it was extra crunchy! My mom, who recommended this place, told me I should try the Mongolian beef. I ended up loving it! They serve the perfect proportions of meat to vegetables which is always one of my concerns at Chinese restaurants. Let me explain, she noticed that I was calling from a number outside of the 305 and proactively asked if I needed directions, although I didn't need them, she gave clear instructions to the point I didn't need to use my gps. She also gave suggestions on what I should purchase as she could tell I did not have a menu! The food, DE Friggin Licious! I opted for the BBQ Ribs with Pork Fried Rice, the rice was healthy and nicely fried (healthy on the eyes and fried for fantastic taste, lol). I must agree with my fellow Yelpers and say this was honestly some of the best fried rice I have ever had and they were not cheap in the ingredients (lots of egg, onion and pork)! The rice was well flavored and sat all the way on top of the plate (enough for two people). The ribs were juicy and well done (the way I like it). They were thick with a lot of meat and the sauce was actually stuck on the ribs as opposed to the ribs swimming in it! The store is small and has about two tables if you wish to dine in. Me and the person at the front (who I also believe to be the person that helped me over the phone) had a great talk about how Chinese food is no longer the same and how they make sure to give it authentic and tasteful. This is definitely a hidden gem that must not be passed on. This has to be by far the best Chinese take out restaurant in it's area and neighboring cities. I live in pembroke pines and will make the short drive to Hialeah every time I'm craving Chinese food. This is a family ran business and I have to say their customer service is beyond friendly and impeccable. They're so sweet and professional and go above and beyond each time to make you feel welcomed. You can see that they love what they do and are very proud of their restaurant. For me the star of the show is their house special fried rice OMG its the best. It's full of fresh ingredients and packed with pork, ham, chicken, crab, and big shrimp. The rice is cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. They do not skimp on the good stuff. Even though its packed with flavor its not salty which I think its a nice change to most take out places. I've also had the Mongolian beef which was made medium spicy just how I like it, also their pepper steak. Both dishes are tasty, full of fresh veggies, and cooked perfectly. What sets this place apart from all the other for me is the food. This is the only take out restaurant I've exeperience where the food is not greasy. Disappointing just moved here and was looking for a chinese food restaurant to go to. I ordered online for pickup the Dinner Combo-Schezuan Chicken, Egg roll, Egg Drop Soup. The egg drop soup was good, Schezuan Chicken was good but it was more vegetables then Chicken. Servings are small for the price. The two stars is because I'm allergic to shellfish/seafood which was apparently in my fried rice and meal that I was unaware of. I had to throw away the food because while I was eating it I had an allergic reaction and discovered shrimp in my food. I think this is the BEST Chinese take out I have ever ordered from. Maybe it's just because their crab rangoon's are the best I've ever had but trust me when i tell you this place it amazing. I get my nails done at a salon across the street from here, so at the tail end of my appointment i always put in an order and pick it up on my way home. I've also had the honey chicken and the sweet and sour chicken, both the lunch specials with the fried rice. And it's been very good consistently. But the crab rangoons (sorry had to mention again ) They also have tostones and a few things with guava in them, I'm looking forward to ordering that in the future.
