The matcha ice tea was nice and not freezer burnt. After getting our initial drinks it took a while to get a refill, I had been empty for some time before I was able to flag down the server. The biggest thing that is the deterrent for me was the price. For 3 of us the total bill came out to $164. Granted, this was a Saturday dinner + 3 orders of soda but that's still a lot of money.

Placed an order because Hong Kong was done taking orders with the expectation of a wait, for delivery and 3.5 hours later I called when the food didn't show up, at almost 9 pm and she lied in front of her managers saying I never ordered it and that she can't call "a long distance number" and that I was supposed to call her back again after ten minutes. Total fabrication! Deceptive little girl. Where is it normal for someone to place an order then call again to order a second time! Manager didn't take ownership of the problem either and gave the phone to the girl who took the order, who then proceeded to lie repeatedly in front of her manager. Really despicable. Totally made up to save her own skin. Instead of apologizing, told me "whatever" then hung up the phone. The little girl should be fired! Avoid this place, they're trash! And to the owners: what are you doing with your lives? Take charge of your business now and fire her! She caused too much stress and lies and she'll do it again. You don't argue with a customer ever and you don't accuse a customer of lying! Read the reviews of other customers and alarmed to read about all the food quality problems. Sad to have such a place still operating.
