ordered a very large amount of food for delivery and when my food arrived I was delivered Singapore…read morenoodles instead of Cantonese noodles. (which I ordered) The Singapore noodles also came with shrimp and I'm allergic to sea food. thankfully it was my husband who caught this and not me. I called Thong la's and their response was "next time I'll know" I said ok? but now I have a 17$ order of Singapore noodles that cannot be eaten. I was then told "well I'm not paying delivery to pick up and bring another order. disgusting! Everyone makes mistake. The mistake isn't what bothered me. What bothered me was that they weren't willing to accept fault or loss and felt it was fine for the customer to accept a loss. I was a regular long term customer of 23 years. I will never be back again. I expected more from a business I have been loyal to and gave my business to for such a long period. There has been enough loss over the years on my part due to their mistakes and putting of with rude people.

The food was turning over and staying fresh the couple of times that we went up to fill our plates. Overall quality of the food was good. A little more spice would have been good, but they are playing to my in-laws who live there rather than my tastes, which makes sense for them.
