Our favorite take out Chinese restaurant. It is SO good and fresh every time. We miss so dearly the dine-in option. Our family absolutely loves their general tso, hunan chicken, wontons, etc. The only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 star is due to price. It's a little higher than we can regularly spend to feed our family, but in our opinion is well worth it above any of our local buffet options and their service is always so sweet--they offer our girls a sucker every time. read more

This place was good. The food was good but, the orange chicken we ordered tasted different. They were also out of one of the chickens we wanted to order which was a bummer. The lo mein tasted a bit off honestly but, it was yummy. It's not my favorite but, you shouldn't knock it until you try it. It might be better for you then for us. The place was nice the dining area was closed off and taped up. I'm guessing it was due to Covid unless something else happened. This would probably be our 3 option out of all our favorite places for Chinese food. read more

After picking up dinner to take home on 3/3/2024, I wish I hadn't ordered here. I would have to dub this joint 'China NO-Fun'. Both the Szechuan shrimp and pepper steak highlighted spoiled meats. I suspect well past the fresh by date. Absolutely the worst meal I ever brought home . To make things worse, after notifying the restaurant, the lady manager would not return any more than $13 out of $43 billed. She had the nerve to ask me to bring back the food and proceeded to count shrimp- insisting I had ate 6 shrimp, She didn't understand that trying 1 was enough and the remainder on my and my wife's plate went to the garbage! I am also notifying the health department as the ingredients are potential health hazards .Needless to say I will not be returning . If you decide to go use caution and take the Pepto with you -you'll need it. read more

This is a must anytime I visit. I've loved their general tsos chicken ever since being a kid. It's truly the only general tsos chicken that I like and I've had a lot of Chinese food in my life. Still trying to find one that compares. It's a thicker, sweeter sauce so not very spicy to those who need spice, over breaded white chicken. They also have really good shrimp egg rolls, chicken and broccoli, and lo mein noodles (especially if ordered plain). 2 lunch items that come with a drink and an egg roll just under $15. NO FUN AT CHINA FUN! Wouldn't refund my money after I found TWO hairs in my food! If "the customer is always right" theory is correct, that business method is wasted on them. Hey, wake up...not good for business!!! Now, the $7.95 + tax you stole from me is going to bite you in the eggroll because I have no other course of action but to tell everyone I know on Yelp & Zomato! Just picked up our food on a Sat night at 9:40. The u formation posted states they are open until 11. We called and placed an order for pick up at 9:23 and was told to head in for pick up because they were closing soon. When my husband picked it up at 9:40 the young high school student that checked him out was very rude. She stated to call earlier next time because they close at 9:30. My husband stated is says 11 online and she replied we don't have a website. We will never be back! If they do not want an order right before they close just say so it don't answer the phone! read more

If you have a hankering for Chinese food and you are around these parts, you don't have many options. China Fun (great name!!!!) may actually be one of your only choices. Given this, I feel as though it is unfair to rate China Fun against the delicious Chinese food you can find pretty much anywhere in Chicago. And their food isn't *bad*, its just . . . different. For example, the fried rice kind of seemed like it may have been boxed "mexican" rice (you all know what I'm talking about). Its tasty and cheap. This is my favorite Chinese place in the Marietta, OH area. I've only ever gotten the General Tso's chicken, fried dumplings, cream cheese wontons, and hot & sour soup. The egg rolls are the size of an old school G.I. duffle bag and probably the best I've ever tasted. The General Tso's chicken is nice and spicy, unlike many of the Chinese restaurants in the area. My only complaint is with the crispy fried noodles they serve with the soup. They're more like a dry, flavorless cracker, and they suck. read more
