We don't have this problem every time, but on multiple occasions we have had to leave after being told 20 minutes and waiting an hour. We have just left on multiple occasions, it's typically the same younger girl when it happens. Then when asking where you are on the list, the response is "I don't know." They are calling names at random and groups of the same size pass you without any reason. It can't be hard to have some sort of system this day any age.
