The receptionist is alway helpful and kind. And I love that if your tech is running behind or there might be any issue with your appointment starting on time, they call you and let you know. They take walk ins too. I saw a handful of people come in without an appointment. I had two people making sure my nails look fabulous. Tim was my pedicure person and he was so great. His attention to detail made me feel like every other pedicure I have had wasn't adequate. He was kind and made my feet feel like they were walking on clouds. He was able to gently cut my ingrown toenails (which have been fixed by a podiatrist) in a way that didn't hurt. The spa is cute and clean. If I didn't live 3,000 miles away, I would be a regular!
