Very nice staff. Everything seemed clean and service was good. My manicure turned out nice. But the paint job on my pedicure is terrible! I'm disappointed to have paid so much money for something I could have done better at home. As soon as I got home, I looked at my nails to show my kids and noticed just have bad it was. A chip out of the big toe- I did not bump it. And the smaller toes are not even fully painted. If I had time, I would go back. But I don't have time to go twice in one day. Kat does a perfect pedicure and gives such a gentle massage. The 3 step leg massage (lotion, oil, hot stone, are all part of the basic pedicure. I ordered a Strawberry Smoothie with Strawberry Popping Boba, from my pedicure chair. Us Boba Tea (same owner) will bring it to you. I really wanted to like this place, especially because it's next to my job, but I just can't. Today, I went in wanting to get just a full set, shorter length/square. I let them know ahead of time that I have a short nail bed & asked if they could still be done & the tech said she could. What I got after it was said & done- was uneven nails, some square, some rounded square and some coffin. The acrylic is super thick/bumpy & even after asking for some nails to be fixed bc they were crooked, I still left with uneven nails. Im really upset because I'm supposed to be getting my engagement pictures done this weekend & now I have to worry about getting them fixed so they don't look like this in my engagement pictures. The staff also was never welcoming to me. This is the second time I've been here & both times I've had the same experience. (Except there was a man who said hello to me the first time & was super sweet. He offered me water the second he walked in. He unfortunately wasn't there this time). Super bummed. read more

I like to try new nail places to get gel pedicures. I decided to try this place because of the ratings, I went with both of my daughters 13 and 2. I did the spa pedicure and my daughter got the basic. My other daughter got just polish. The lady was not very friendly, after she did my toes she messed up both big toes, they had visible pilling pieces and the other had a chip. She was going to leave them like that until I said something. Even after redoing they still don't look great. She also never cleaned out my toe nails. My daughter who just got the polish looks terrible literally look like she did them herself, my other daughters baby toenail polish has already came off. Safe to say, waste of time and money. They also rushed through them and they were not busy and we had an appt. read more

I literally cried, leaving the salon, worst nail set I've ever had I saved up for five years to get them done and they were absolutely horrible. I actually left without having them finished and I'm spending a whole day now trying to either decide take them off and cry again over the money, wasted or not. Please just don't go here. ****UPDATE 7/21/2018 HANNAH DELETED MY REVIEW? WOW. WHY AM I SHOCKED? instead of reach out to me and trying to rectify the situation THEY PUT THEMESELVES IN, they are deleting/hiding my review. Here i am posting it YET AGAIN! PLEASE READ BELOW! If I can give 0 stars I would! Such horrible service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. It literally took me 2 months to sit down and write a review of my experience because of how angry I was. I was a fairly new client (did 3 SNS nail sets) and I decided to come back for what would have been my 4th SNS full set. One of the male staff who has done my nails once in the past asked me to pick a color. He started off right, which is to remove the SNS powder I had on with acetone. (This is where SH*T hits the fan...) He didn't let enough time pass by to allow the acetone to do its job and dissolve the powder. INSTEAD he began to RIP the SNS right off my natural nail, which evidentially caused to tear half of my nail off. I was in such disbelief that a "Professional" nail tech actually ripped the SNS color off my nail as if it were an acrylic nail. It took me 4 months to grow my nails out to that length, and just like that they were SHORT! I WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that tears started rolling down my eyes. He then suggested that he can fix my nails by putting acrylics on the short nails. I immediately declined that option! I told him "I WALKED IN WITH MY LONG NATURAL NAILS why would I want fake nails?" He called over the "owner" whom was no help what so ever, and offered the same suggestion. Neither of them were sympathetic to the situation and made me feel absolutely hopeless. I want for no one to ever experience what I did at Hannah's Nail Salon! I am a women who takes pride in her nails, and what happened to me was absolutely unacceptable! I asked him to just remove the rest of the SNS with the acetone, and once that was done I immediately walked out and drove off. read more

Used an acrylic glitter for top part of nail and paint for daisy design. She efficient and didn't hurt me once (as some of you may know, is an actual thing that can happen when acrylic nails are being applied.) My daughter was with me to get a Pedicure. This business was originally Scottsdale Nails. My story happened when the new owners took over the business. I've gone to this salon for years. I travel from Colorado once a month. This is the only place I had my nails and pedicures done. Felt like family and I loved the managers, Tom and Lena. About a month or so ago, I called to make an appointment for my usual services. Someone I didn't recognize answered the phone. I specifically asked for Tom to do my nails and I didn't care who did my pedicure. They said no problem. I arrive and asked for Tom. They said he hurt his shoulder. There was something that made me feel that wasn't true. I expressed that I didn't believe them. By the time I left, they had fed me at least three more stories which were lies as to where Tom was. I finally realized there were new owners. I was also told the lies were because Tom still had money in the business and wanted to get it out. I have no words. I had been a loyal customer for years.
