Have to go to the podiatrist to get $150 ingrown toenail removal. So painful and I'm still healing from it a month after the procedure. I have been coming here for 6 months starting last October 2025. They rush you to fill as many seats as possible, doesn't matter if you schedule ahead and are patient. Never have hot water for pedicures. Some of had two visits where they didn't include a massage after my nails. Why am I paying $100 plus tip? Do better.

I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I've been to this place now three times... The first, I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the…read morenail tech to come start my nails... I did not think anything of it. The second time I was back was just for a fill and they did not complete the design as she switches two of the colors incorrectly and the thickness of the nail on one finger was too much and unbalanced and oddly textured but the set was nice enough and they made a big deal of how hard straight stripes were for the nails. I felt too guilty to ask them to fix it so I kept it, knowing it would force me into a set removal instead of a fill the next time. This time, I arrived at 9:30 AM and did not leave until 11:27 AM.... I had booked two services, a set removal and a manicure, a week in advance thinking I could get a chance to relax. To my surprise, the nail tech "ran out of time" to complete the set removal and manicure, leaving me sitting without a technician for half an hour. When I told the secondary technician who came to finish the polish that I felt disrespected and was looking to speak with someone, she told me the owner was out but I could ask the woman at the front desk in charge of scheduling since the system regularly overbooks technicians. When I got up to the front desk I had to wait AGAIN because she was working on nails herself then proceeded to argue with me that I had confirmed a set removal when I arrived, and so they had taken the manicure off. So therefore, it was my fault that I was sitting and waiting on their staff for half an hour. Which to her is "a little bit". When I then mentioned that I had confirmed the set removal and had wanted to keep the second service so I did not understand the confusion, and would prefer to speak to a manager or owner since she was arguing she insisted I could only speak to her. She then proceeded to tell me that the nail tech was just "too slow in the removal process" and so it was actually her fault. -- not wanting to take accountability for their overbooking. She continued to try to argue with but I had enough and asked her to please let me pay so that I could leave. She said something along the lines of she was going to provide a small discount (10%) then proceeded to give me nasty faces as if it was a ridiculous ask to be escalated to a manager or someone similar because of the poor service. At the end, I asked her to remove me from all marketing texts, and emails and I am still getting them... The technicians are lovely for the most part but if you want any level of respect, choose any other salon.

I have gotten a few other employees doing my nails, and they are amazing, to be honest. The employees here take their time and try their best to deliver, and it's fun talking to them. The pedicures here are amazing. They take their time and even help with ingrown nails. From the basic pedicure to the luxury pedicure, you can never go wrong. The business also uses disposable pedicure tools, so never any cross contamination or unsanitary tools. They just are extremely detailed about every little thing. My boyfriend never got a pedi until I brought him here, and let me tell you, this man is CONVINCED. His feet feel better, especially when he's constantly on his feet, and the massage helps his feet and leg from being so tense. The establishment is remodeling on the inside, nothing too serious, but now it looks cleaner and more organized. The colors and powders are more accessible to costumers and all employees. The layout, all though a small floor plan, is very spacious, light, and inviting. This place is constantly cleaned. I swear to you when it's not too busy for everyone, I see them mopping and wiping everything. I will always recommend this place over and over again.

Let's start with the cleanliness and treatment rooms: The locker room and bathroom appeared clean. However, on more than one visit, I saw uncleanly spots around the spa including near the shower area everyone uses to rinse off between treatments. The hot tub area was also questionable cleanliness. Same with the walls (noticed lots of build up of what I can only hope was water harshness and not mold). Also, they need to do some tile repairs if they want to charge more now for the lagoon. Many tiles throughout are in rough shape! The service: Pretty good at a $35 price point for 2 hours. But not at what they are charging now. It's very basic check in for a med spa experience, and not elevated in any way. They do, however have someone to come tell you when your 2 hrs is up which is nice because if you spend more time than you booked they will charge you overage fees. The amenities: Really poor quality "snacks" filled with sugar and limited selection. They have an okay selection of hot teas, though, which I had each time I visited. If they bring back the $35 weekday pass, I'll consider trying it again to see if they have made any enhancements (and deep cleaned/repairs) Otherwise, I probably won't go back.

Declan is a master masseur who must have finished first in his class with precise surgical knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy. Declan relentlessly pursued my knots and ensured they were worked out of the fibers and snapped free from my body. He followed through with masterful understanding of biomechanics as if he were Leonardo DaVinci sketching the muscular system. His introduction was intuitive and insightful... he would be monitoring my body for signs of discomfort and adjust accordingly and he was going to apply enough pressure that he felt my body needed. With every stroke and manipulation, Mr. Cooney demonstrated the experience of 1,000 lives. If you do not give classes on massage therapy then future generations will be truly missing out.
