I'm in the Scottsdale area for work and I needed a mani-pedi so bad! I called Luxe Nail Lounge which was walking distance from my hotel. Luckily, I was squeezed in an appointment. They take walk ins too. I saw a handful of people come in without an appointment. I had two people making sure my nails look fabulous. Tim was my pedicure person and he was so great. His attention to detail made me feel like every other pedicure I have had wasn't adequate. He was kind and made my feet feel like they were walking on clouds. He was able to gently cut my ingrown toenails (which have been fixed by a podiatrist) in a way that didn't hurt. The spa is cute and clean. If I didn't live 3,000 miles away, I would be a regular! read more

This business used to be called The Nail Room. I'm a picky pedicure girly, and while I love getting a pedicure here, I deducted one star because I don't love their chairs. They massage and are somewhat comfortable, but I find they're not quite cushioned enough. When I get up out of them, I feel a bit stiff and sore. That said, if you haven't gotten a pedicure from Timmie, you haven't lived. I have gone to more than 10 salons in Scottsdale and he is my absolute top choice, there isn't even a close second. He takes his time, he's adorable to chat with, his massages are elite, and he's so precise with his shaping and painting. He takes his time trimming nails, checking and addressing ingrowns, and is so thorough. My gel pedicures from him last a month. I can't recommend him enough. The receptionist is alway helpful and kind. And I love that if your tech is running behind or there might be any issue with your appointment starting on time, they call you and let you know. Great customer service, and also real customer consideration, which I love. No one else will be touching my feet anytime soon. read more

Over priced!!!!!! This salon has very friendly technicians, but the quality of the pedicure I received was amateur. I chose the 3rd option (Deluxe?) and the entire process took around 30 minutes. This included a sugar scrub and paraffin wax! Shortest (and most expensive) pedi I've ever had. I'd provide pictures, but I hate feet (toes are gross). I have polish on my skin and the gel polish went over my cuticles and is raised so it will flake off easily. The lower leg and foot massage was minimal, if it even happened - the technician definitely didn't use any pressure. Pricing: Lots of different options, but most of it was words and not an improvement on the pedi itself. I ended up paying an extra $30 for gel and the chrome finish! My regular place only up charges their service $5 for each upgrade. read more

I stopped in to get a gel French manicure and I got exactly what I asked for! My nail tech was friendly, but efficient and my nails came out great. The salon overall is cute, and everyone seemed friendly. I think it's on par with other nice salons in the area. The only reason I left 4/5 is because the service was a bit more expensive than the ones I frequent in SF and Tucson, but I imagine their prices are competitive for the area. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are completely unprofessional and will treat you in an absolutely disgusting manner. They just want your money they don't care about anything else. Alecia is the manager and she clearly doesn't care about the client at all and just the money she gets from them. Speaks in a demeaning way. Her front desk staff gets in your face while you're sitting down and waives pencils in your face to talk to you like you're incompetent and they speak about you in their language. read more

Friendly staff; but gel nails were very poorly done. Cuticles hanging off, bubbles in the top coat, paint on the cuticle and underneath the nail. They also remove the gel with an electric buffer instead of soaking in acetone which takes longer, but leaves more of your natural nail layer intact. I was in the parking lot about to leave and noticed a few fixes that needed to be made, got them fixed with buffer as she had put the tools and the gel polish away already. When I went home I noticed chipped paint and sloppy finishes on the fixes. Worried also my nail beds/nails will be getting weaker with all the buffing she did read more

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. Got a pedicure and a dip powder nail change done today. The pedicure was nice and fast. Although I hope they do a little more pressured massage. The hot towel was barely on my feet for 30 seconds. The nail paint on my feet was spot on though. Leon did my nails and he is sweet and so good at his job. I will go back to him for sure ! read more

The owners here are absolutely lovely and accommodating. Most of the staff is great with the exception of one lady named Leigh. She has a horrible attitude, and was extremely rude to me when I had dip done on my nails. On top of that she did a horrible job. I recommend this place but DO NOT have Leigh do your nail service. She is absolutely horrible. read more

I tried out the Nail Room today for dip nails and a gel pedi and am so glad I dropped in. I called in the morning for an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. They did my nails while they did my pedi which I love- saves so much time. I'm a little picky- I don't like the drill on my natural nails and even with the dip on they're pretty sensitive. The nail tech was so careful and I didn't have a single pain. I went with the collagen pedicure and had to warn in advance that I've had 4 surgeries on one ankle so there are some pretty sensitive spots to avoid and she absolutely did. I didn't have a color picked out- I told them natural pink for my toes and sheer pink with chrome for my nails and they knew exactly what to do. I loved how clean the salon was, playing Christian music which was nice for a change. I was done in an hour which was the best part- I normally dread the time wasted getting my nails done but this was so quick. They accepted Venmo for a tip thank goodness because I forgot to grab cash and I have to say... my nails look CLEAN. It's like they don't even look real because the cuticles were cleaned so well and the dip was perfectly shaped to my nail. I will definitely be back- this is a great salon! read more

I had a Regular Pedicure & my lady tried & tried to upsell me to a Jell Pedicure. She said "If you do a regular PEDICURE, it will take 4-5 hrs to dry." I get regular Pedicure (at home) and it never takes longer than 20-30 minutes. My Pedicure was finished in 10 min. She continued to tell other clients that I should have Upgraded. She looked at me, and again said "If you put your shoes on and your pedicure gets ruined, it's on you!" She was incredibly rude and told everybody around us that it was on me if my pedicure got ruined. She told the lady to my right and the lady to my left that you need to wait 3 to 4 hours before placing shoes on, but because I have nerve pain and need to put my shoes on rather than the flip-flops .... She continued to talk about me out loud in front of everybody.! Waiting for my daughter to get a gel manicure ... to continue to talk about me. When I got up 30 minutes later, I felt my toes and they were completely dry. She again said to people around me it has four layers, and only the top layer is dried. The rest of the layers aren't dried if you ruin your pedicure it's on you not me.. I got up and quietly told her how rude she was . I asked her to stop talking about me.. I get a pedicure and chow manicure every three weeks however I will never come back to this spot and be treated like this . I'm sorry that others had to listen to her rant about me because I have been home now for two hours after putting tennis shoes on and my feet look completely fine. If an upsell is that important to her, it ruined her tip and I would not recommend this business. Thankfully, my daughter had a wonderful Man Who did a great job on her gel manicure . This woman should be talked to by management and make a decision whether they want their business seem like this or not very very disappointing read more

I've been a loyal client of this nail salon for the past five years and have experienced it through three different ownership. Unfortunately, the quality of service and professionalism has significantly declined under the current management. The current owner, Alisha, is rarely present, which seems to reflect in the overall lack of oversight. There is a noticeable drop in attention to detail, and punctuality is not enforced with some of the nail techs. This affects not only the client experience but also the professionalism of the salon as a whole. Today, I had a 3:30 PM appointment with a specific technician, Timmy, whose time I adjusted my own schedule to accommodate. Upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist, Kim, that she mistakenly gave my spot to a walk-in client--despite my clear request for that technician. She admitted the error and apologized, offering to take care of my service, which I appreciated at the time. However, upon completion of the service, as I thanked her for handling the situation, she backtracked and claimed she had only offered a discount--not to cover the service entirely. She then added that she had spoken to Alisha, the owner, and was instructed to offer 20% off. This was disappointing, not because of the money, but because of the complete lack of integrity and accountability. Words matter, and when a business goes back on its word, it damages trust. With that being said, I do not recommend this Salon, there are too many in the area that would appreciate a good client I've supported this salon through multiple changes, but today's experience left me disheartened. Professionalism isn't just about the service--it's about honesty, consistency, and valuing long-term clients. I sincerely hope management takes this as constructive feedback and addresses these issues. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this salon to others. Until management addresses these ongoing issues, I would encourage potential clients to explore other options where integrity and customer care are prioritized. read more

After my pedicure, I came back to get my nails done and did a pedicure at the same time. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Robi and Dani and they were the sweetest. They really started off my experience on the right foot by helping me decide what color and setting me up in the pedicure chair. I had dipping powder on my nails so instead of taking it all off since it was soft pink, we added silver glitter dip on top to get me ready for Vegas. These nails are EVERYTHING. The tech however hardly scrubbed my feet, didn't cut my cuticles and left my nail beds sharp and jagged. Great fantastic spot to get your nails done. Everything was very clean and the experience was so relaxing. I would recommend to splurge and get their collagen treatment for a pedicure. You get to really feel pampered with this extra TLC. Their prices to me are pretty standard just note that gel polish on your toes will be an extra $20. Overall the owner & workers were so friendly. Great service, great nail tech (Lisa) beautiful nails and very clean! I had a dip for my nails and my daughter had a pedicure. We had an appointment and they were on time and quick. Both the pedicure and the dip took about 40-45 minutes. It is always frustrating to me when you go to a nail salon, have an appointment and they make you wait. Other places seem to say the same thing - pick your color then ignore you for 15 minutes. This salon was great! They took us right away ( as scheduled). The employees are nice too! read more

Let me start by saying I have lived in Scottsdale for 5 years & despite there being a nail salon on what seems like every corner, I've struggled to find a decent reliable salon that doesn't charge a arm and a leg. That is until I stumbled upon this salon. The salon is so clean & cute, plus everytime I've called needing a dip manicure last minute they've been able to accommodate and get me in. I got the professional French manicure I always wanted right here! It just took me 15 years :) and a casual invitation from a work friend to hang out at this lovely, relaxing space with the luxurious massage chairs. The owners are such nice people and really put me at ease. I was promptly attended to, and Maeve, my nail person efficiently worked on my much-neglected hands!! When she started cleaning my nails, I was honestly looking at them wondering - are my nails really this pink?? A lovely relaxing massage followed. I first thought I would go for a regular polish and didn't know if I wanted to go blue or pink with glitter. Fortunately, I remembered how I always admired women who had the French manicure polish on them. It was just the right decision for me coz of my really short nails. The manicure made me look like I had SHAPELY nails! WOW! Maeve was detail oriented, and she made sure they were the perfect round shape. I CANNOT stop looking at my hands now! The specialists themselves are great, but it's almost impossible for them to give a fully hands-on, focused experience when they're simultaneously trying to run the entire front-of-house. I understand wanting to cut costs, but the administrative side of the experience is too important to overlook. Even a part-time receptionist or intern would make a huge difference in the flow and overall customer experience. I genuinely like this location, but whether I return will depend on whether they improve this operational inefficiency. If you're in a rush or need a quick, smooth in-and-out appointment, this may not be the ideal location for you at the moment. I hope they consider adjusting their staffing model, because the specialists themselves are wonderful. I had Kenzie before and she was amazing but no longer here as of last month. I was able to make an appointment same day & was fortunate enough to get an appointment 20 mins later. I saw Hannah & she was very nice & efficient. It was a quick appointment. She did a good job. The wax didn't hurt & left minimal redness. She offered a cooling agent or moisturizer when she was done & I declined. I never do because I'm always concerned about an allergic reaction so out of caution I always decline. I don't have any personal experience with their products beyond the wax. Truly, the redness wasn't that bad & went away fairly quickly. It's cashless checkout which is fine as that seems to be the way most places are going these days. I was given the sales pitch for buying a package of waxes. It's not a monthly subscription, simply a package of waxes. I declined not because it wasn't a reasonable price for the packages but because I'm really bad about going in consistently to anywhere that isn't the eyebrow threading place in Surprise that I'm used too. My eyebrows don't grow enough to go every 4 weeks & I don't want to go to have like 6 hairs waxed from each eye. Maybe one day I'll be a better adult & make consistent appointments. For now, this will have to do & I'm happy to know this place is close to me, has convenient hours, & reasonable prices. I would go back but not sure when.

My appointment started nearly 20 minutes late. When we went in for the body polish the table was dirty and had to be reset, and the service wasn't explained beforehand, which was uncomfortable going in blind as a first-time client. She also had me touch the tan on my body during the service, which you should never do, and it left spray tan all over my palms. I did not have my palms or nails wiped off at the end either. When I brought it her attention upon leaving (as well as other white spots all over my hands) she sprayed more, which I think ended up making it worse. She tried wiping off my palms at that point, but they were already stained. I paid over $80 total -- which is higher than other studios in Scottsdale, and I have never had a bad experience anywhere else. I still left orange and splotchy with the polish and primer add-ons -- photos attached. The girl who did my tan was nice, but maybe less experienced and appeared to be managing the whole studio on her own. When I reached out, the response was "sorry that you were unhappy with your service" -- but this wasn't about being unhappy, it was a service that wasn't done correctly. It feels like I'm being treated like I did something wrong. I was told I needed to come back in for them to review what happened, which would have required me to leave work early, and that since I hadn't done that I wasn't eligible for a refund. They did offer a free tan as a "gesture of goodwill", but I don't have confidence anything would be different next time. When a tan is orange and patchy, the only solution is to remove it and redo once the old tan is gone -- not go back for more. I'll be trying somewhere else. I ended up having to buy tan remover, a remover mitt and went in the pool several times to try to remove the solution and it's still stuck on there over a week later. I wanted to love this place as it's close to home. I hope they use this feedback to improve the new client experience. If someone turns down a free service, that might be worth reflecting on.
