Indeed, it was worth it. Haddock fried after you order it, with a choice of scores of seasonings and sauces to add to it, served takeaway style with greaseproof paper. I went with Worcestershire and lemon pepper, and it may have been the best fish and chips I've had. -- So, yup, if I was reminded of it randomly nearly six months later and wrote about it on Strava, it's pretty good. Little did we know it was also next to a park that was celebrating pride month. The only downside was that there were two live bands, playing different music competing with each other. On the bright side, Daphne, our server was super! She did a great job! We ordered adult beverages, my wife, a spiced peach iced tea while I ordered a Caesar. I figured it out earlier that a Caesar is actually a bloody Mary. Their bloody Mary comes with a nice pickle and a big chunk of a Slim Jim and plenty of sea salt around the rim. The bloody Mary was delicious! For our lunch, my wife ordered a buffalo chicken wrap while I ordered one of their seasonal specials, a shrimp and lobster stuffed pita subbing out the french fries for their Caesar salad. My stuffed Pita's were absolutely delicious! And my wife was able to eat half of her buffalo chicken wrap. We had a good time gauging conversation with some of the locals as well.
