DISGUSTING! On a Tuesday evening my son and I went in for dinner around 7pm. The buffet food had obviously been there four or five hours. The baked fish was COLD. The inside ingredients of the sushi's color had bled onto the outer part as a result of it sitting out so long. The sushi was also HARD on the outside. The soup had a thick "film" over it from not being stirred/changed. The Diet Coke was not calibrated correctly. The young lady stomed away from our table saying, "Well, nobody else complain about it." She approached me AT THE BUFFET with a fresh glass of diet soda. I told her it tasted the same. She proceeded to put table and sat it down anyway. The toddler who is ALWAYS inside the restaurant (at the first BOOTH with toys and the TV on Cartoon Network) stood up in the seat, turned around over my sons shoulder and coughed without covering his mouth! The only "Cook" was an older woman who was in and out of the kitchen four or five times in the approximately SIX minutes we were there, and was ejoying her own bowl of food. When I approached the young lady at the register I said, "The food is all cold. We will just come back another time." She spoke to the older lady, and that lady rapidly walked over. I was told that Inwould pay anyway because we had fixed a plate. Respectfully, Ininformed them that the food on the buffet was a potential health hazard related to its obvious extreme length of time on out and exposed, as well as the lack of "temping" the food. I was told that the older lady said, "I have never had customer like you." I was still expected to pay "at least half", and was told that "any restaurant would require at least you pay half." Adamant to refuse to pay for this food poisoning waiting to happen, or the soda that was not fit to drink, I REFUSED! The older lady spoke rapidly and loudly as I paid for my sons tea. I told her Inwould appreciate it if she at least wait until we left to talk about us. I also told her that everyone is afraid to speak up to Asian restaurant owners for this very reason. After discussing this at work, I discovered that it is well known in the entire county that this place is considered to be "NASTY, unkept, and a health hazard"!
This place seriously needs to be SHUT DOWN! read more
