Not doing good KT Pho...this is the second bad review after a week and it's unfortunately for 2 separate orders in 2 days. We may have to reconsider doing business with you if I have to meticulously check the bag for literally everything. 1st order yesterday- large order, forgot crisps for all 4 soups ordered and no silverware. 2nd order today- a combo order and we got home and no rice...REALY? NO RICE‍ It's just not that hard. The attention to detail is severely lacking. And since I'm on here, I have to let you know, it was hit or miss with the tempura chicken for my orange chicken order last night, some were tender juicy deliciousness and the rest were dry and tasted old or over cooked or just plain cold (are they frozen???) and I waited at the drive through for them to make my order so why would they be cold Do better or we will give our business to Yamato's. read more

Went to KT Pho today. I ordered the General Tso's chicken - It was some of the best of this dish I've ever had. The chicken was crispy and the sauce was really, really tasty. The portions were pretty good sized; I had to take some home. The service was really good as well; my cup never went empty and our server was attentive without being overly so. The atmosphere is fine - you could actually hold a conversation without having to shout - Will definitely be back! read more

I will definitely come back again! Pros: We got seated immediately and got our orders taken quickly due to it only being a few other people inside . I'm not sure why they are so slow because the pho was delicious! In addition to the taste , the price is insanely cheap. You can get it a large bowl of pho for only 13.99 . It was enough for me to be extremely full and have lunch for the next day. The pho broth was extremely flavorful and all the meat was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Cons: The pho was great but I will say the broth doesn't have the most authentic "Vietnamese" taste. The broth reminds me of maybe miso soup. Once again, it tastes well but if you are looking for authentic pho then this isn't for you. I got egg rolls for the appetizer and unfortunately the cabbage and veggies inside tasted frostbit. Meh... Service was great however the food was not good. I ordered spring rolls which were super greasy and therefore I couldn't eat all of it. Then I ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp with steamed rice. My food was cold and was very unsatisfying. It badly needed some seasoning. Also my meal came with a soup so I ordered hot and sour soup. It was definitely hot, but it was not delicious. My entire meal was not fresh and very much so lacked seasoning. When Yamatos went down hill I was so upset but then KT Pho came in to town and eased the pain just a little. The pad Thai is delicious, their sweet tea is sooo good, and I've never had a bad experience with a server there. The inside is just a basic restaurant, save the table inside of the old vault, but it's still nice and clean. Never too loud and a small area so you don't get stuck in a corner and forgotten about. I was wondering what to cook for dinner tonight and I think I just talked myself into going to KT Pho's. read more

My vegetable pho was very tasty, and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately my diet Dr Pepper was not carbonated. Something was going on with the soda machine so I asked for tea which was pretty . My waitress was very attentive and brought me the chopsticks and soup spoon when I asked for it. The ambience of the place unfortunately though was a little lackluster. I went there about six years ago when it was a pizza restaurant and it seems like everything was the exact same even the tables which had holes in the top. You kinda don't know what type of restaurant it is except for the signs and the menu there's no Asian theme in the restaurant design. However I give four stars for the pho and stellar service as it was worth the trip. read more

This place is the definition of hit or miss--and unfortunately, it misses more often than not. The crab rangoons are the only consistently good thing on the menu, and I mean that literally. They're fresh, crispy, and keep tricking me into coming back. Everything else? A gamble. The rice is often dry and crusty, like it's been sitting under a heat lamp since Tuesday. The wonton chips for the soup? Chewy and stale, like they've been stored in someone's back pocket. I've had orange chicken that was hot on one side and frozen on the other, like they microwaved it and just gave up halfway through. Oh, and let's talk about the missing items. I'll order a full meal, get home excited to eat, only to discover that half of it didn't make the cut. It's like they're running a mystery box service with every order. In short: If you're craving crab rangoons, go for it. But if you're hoping for a solid, reliable meal? Roll the dice and say a prayer. Update: unfortunately it has not gotten any better. My last couple of orders the rice has not been cooked all the way and has been crunchy and gross. read more

Ordered the house pho, wonton soup, egg fried rice, spring salad rolls with shrimp, and crab cheese Rangoon. Spring salad rolls were good, not the most authentic but still good. Pho had such a weird taste to it. It was almost inedible to me. The meat was ok, but it looks like they just took hibachi steak and chicken and threw it in the broth. The broth had such a strong overpowering taste, like they didn't strain out any of the seasonings like they're supposed to. Would not return. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and I had to wear my coat the entire time. We had a party of 8 and sat in the side room that was a vault our something. The table was a white folding table. Very flimsy. Our waitress was doing a really good job job even though I believe her actual job was a hostess. The evening waitress was a no show. The food was the big disappointment. I ordered the Pad Thai Chicken. It definitely did not have and Thai spices/seasonings in it. Extremely bland and no aromatics of Thai seasonings. Brown in color vs reddish as is the norm. No bean sprouts served even though menu describes it as having bean sprouts. Seemed like a boil in the bag kind of meal to me. The pho was just what I needed for a cold and chilly day out. The meat was slightly overcooked. I'm used to the kitchen putting some slices of eye of round on top of the pho right before bringing it to the table. That way, the meat can flash cook in the hot broth. The meat was cooked fully through before it even got to our table. Besides that, it was delicious and the portion size was generous. Service was great. My wife and I have eaten at KT PHO several times and every time we have been completely satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive without being in your face and are very helpful with describing dishes with which you are unfamiliar. This restaurant came very very close to being five stars, but I had one complaint that held it back. They make an excellent egg foo young, but it is only available two nights a week. That is my favorite Chinese dish and every time we go that it is unavailable I wish I could get it. This is a cozy little spot with excellent food and a wait staff that works very hard at making you happy. It is located on the historic square, mixed in with other Mom and Pop establishments and I highly recommend it. read more

Service was horrible, food was horrible, drink was horrible, and tha waitress was disgusting and unprofessional, tha waitress allowed me to switch out my soup on my meal for extra fried rice, but when she brought out my plate there was no extra fried rice and when i told her she forgot my fried rice, she said oh ya that's right and she picked my egg roll up off of my plate with her bare hands and took it in tha back, so when she came back with my extra fried rice, i told her that she made a mistake by taking my egg roll, cause i switched out my soup for tha extra fried rice, she then said, i set it on a plate in tha back, i will go get it and she went and got tha same egg roll that she handled with her bare hands and brought it back out to me on a plate, very nasty and unprofessional, and tha fried rice was horrible tasting tha honey chicken was horrible and tha pepsi i ordered tasted like pure syrup, i will never go back there again they couldn't pay me to eat there again, im not sure how they stay in business. read more

First visit and I loved it! I went for the Pho Tai (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup" and fresh spring rolls. I have traveled extensively in SE Asia, including Vietnam and I can attest that this place is the real deal. Pho was hot and flavorful. The broth itself was seasoned perfectly and reminded me of the street food Pho you can enjoy in Vietnam. Staff was efficient and food was out fast after ordering. Highly recommend! read more

Service was great, the food was absolutely horrible. The pan fied dumplings were deep fried "to save space in the kitchen." The general Tso sauce was black and had gone bad. The pork had a greesy boiled taste. Overall, it was extremely poor quality control to the point of food poisoning. Don't make the mistake I did and go here. this place was nice on the inside giving it being on the square, It was my first time coming and I've never had Pho before and i ordered the shrimp one and i also ordered salad spring rolls (which i thought would be more put together and smaller) but when the meal came i tried 1 noodle and it was a immediate no the broth was awful and there was a red oil on top of it so i ask the waiter if i could exchange it for something else i didn't eat no shrimp just one noodle and they refused to take it off the ticket they made me pay for it and threatened to call the police if i didn't. The Pho was hardly what I would consider traditional Pho. The basil wasn't fresh, lime was yellowed and close to rot. No bean sprouts and overcooked cabbage in its place. The beef was very poor quality and broth was basically cheap beef broth. The fried pork was unfit to eat and tasted on the verge of being spoiled. A friend and I stopped in for dinner and were very pleased with the variety of foods offered. This place offers a couple of different ethnicities but the quantity of different options available of various cuisines from each of the cultures on the menu were cooked to perfection. I chose from the Thia food and it was cooked to perfection, though the rice was probably sitting in the warmer and was served separate rather then normally served in the actual dish ordered. I've usually enjoyed coming around to this little Asian joint, but after today I will never come back. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi which is my go to when I come here. The chicken and the shrimp were both under seasoned and cooked. The rice was yellow and tasted like microwaved uncle bens from Walmart. The yum yum sauce was half liquid half solid and very unappetizing. The only thing I enjoyed about coming here was the Diet Pepsi. Absolute waste of $15. It's an old bank which is cool in and of itself. You can tell it's an old bank because there's a vault right as you walk in. You can actually eat in there. I wouldn't because I've seen too many horror movies, but people do. The food is good and comes out quick. Service is good too. read more

The hubs and I found this delightful place for lunch right on the square! Cool decor, friendly atmosphere, tasty food! He had the veggie fried rice and I had the veggie lo mein and they were both packed full of veggies! Since we stopped eating meat it is always wonderful to find a restaurant that doesn't skimp on vegetables! We will return! read more

I got the Chicken lo mein and it is pitiful. The noodles had way to much pepper and the chicken is bland.

I wasn't planning on reviewing until I saw another review praising their vegetarian options. Beware that I asked a waitress to ask the cooking staff what kind of broth were in the so called "vegetarian" options and they were meat based broths, making them not even slightly vegetarian. This was while ago, so it may be a good idea to ask yourself, but don't let yourself be fooled by the tofu options on the menu. read more

The dish was entirely bland even after I added the basil , peppers, and lime. Not even a healthy dose of sriracha helped.
