I saw a young woman sitting at a table by the cash register on a device and she never once looked up or acknowledged me. I was about to ask about an online order I had placed, about 25 minutes prior, before another young woman walked out from the kitchen area. There was no '"hello" or "how can I help you", just a blank stare. So, I asked about my online order and she gave me a confused look and then walked over to the young woman on the device and took it from her. I presume she was checking to see that an online order had been placed and when she found it, she walked back over to me for payment. After I paid she made a snide, unnecessary comment about how I chose to pay, so I made the decision to not leave a tip for such poor service. They hadn't even started the order yet!!! I do not understand how this place has ANY positive reviews, if this is how Man Hing decides to run their business. I placed an order online and showed up for it about 25 minutes later just to be ignored and then made to wait some more. The food was on par with many of the other local Chinese restaurants- not great and not terrible, just ok. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer good food and good service.
