The food is good. I order at least twice a week but today someone forgot manners and how to treat customers. I got yelled by the owner because I asked for a special order. She was screaming at me and very unprofessional. I have always liked this place but if this is how you are going to treat customers well i no longer want to be a customer. Very disappointed. My girlfriend and I ordered food last night. Took every bit of the estimation time for delivery. I ordered Kung Pao chicken. Food was hot temperature wise, just no spice at all. She ordered honey chicken that came without the honey. The dumplings were good, so that was a plus on otherwise a disappointing meal. read more

I have ordered here before, I just never reviewed until tonight. I got the General Sal's Shrimp and the Bourbon Chicken Combo, both were pretty yummy and good sized portions(These two meals were shared between three people and there are leftovers, so that's saying something). The Bourbon Chicken and Fried Rice tasted like it supposed to, sweet and savory. The Shrimp was pretty good, Jumbo and Deveined. Deveined is a Very important word when involving Shrimp! My only criticism would be that the Shrimp were a bit over breaded and the General Sal's Sauce, while tasting pretty good, was on the thin side. Three dollar delivery is pretty good too! It's usually two but I'm a mile out of their zone, I'm just happy that they deliver at such a good rate and just a thirty to forty-five minute wait! As for the last time I ordered from here, I got the Bourbon Chicken, Steamed Gyoza, and Crab Ragoon. Bourbon Chicken was good both times they were bought. Their Steamed Gyoza was pretty good as well, flavorful, meaty, and not too much breading. The Crab Ragoon were pretty yummy as well, though surprising sweet. They remind me kind of like a crispy Cheese pastry, but definitely good in sweet and sour! read more

Don't know what happened tonite! Sunday. Have ordered here numerous times. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and did not have any Kung Pao flavor. Kind of dull tasting. Not Good. Hardly any spice. Wife had Sweet & Sour Chicken. The bits of chicken were just that, bits; mostly breading and hardly any chicken inside. The egg rolls were good as always. Why was the rice YELLOW?? Normally brown or white rice comes with the combo's! Thought we were eating Mexican style rice. Over-all, very disappointing. We really liked the food here. Our second time ordering from them has been a disaster. Ordered at 6pm. Told an hour for delivery. We called them back at 7:30 and were told he was on his way. It was 8pm before he arrived. The food is cold. We're 20 minutes from the store. We called again. The person on the phone said the management would be in tomorrow but then admitted they were closed tomorrow. The driver told us we were actually speaking to the manager. I was disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a pint of: roast pork fried rice, shrimp with garlic sauce, and orange chicken. The rice was yellow with dried pork pieces, the veggies in it weren't fresh. The shrimp was all veggies with 4 shrimp in it. The chicken I had hope for since ot smelled really good, but it sure didn't taste good. Maybe people like this type of chinese food and that's fine if you do. I'm from Chicago and this isn't what I'm used to. Good luck. read more
