Customer service is non-existent. They only offer email contact, which is not helpful when you're overseas trying to get your vacation back on track. When I returned to the States, it took over 2 months for the bag to be returned to me. So I was without my possessions for 3 months, and didn't have them when I needed them on my trip. In order to get my bag, I had to pay an additional $250 to ship it home. LuggageToShip "Customer Service" refused to provide any escalation contact. (Try looking them up on the web to find a business address, or corporate officers- it's all carefully hidden) LuggageToShip also refused to provide me the information needed to dispute the charges directly with FedEx.
