The service is amazingly friendly, the place in clean. It's a small hole in the wall Chinese spot but it's always the small places that whip up the best food. I ordered general Tso's chicken with a little extra spice and they nailed it perfectly, flavor and portion were outstanding and the chicken was super crispy and juicy. I've never seen or tasted so much oil in my food from a restaurant in my life. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of $17 for ordering my food off DoorDash. I ordered what I usually order from a Chinese restaurant (shrimp w. Broccoli in garlic sauce) the moment I opened it I seen the oil separated from the actual sauce. The food is AMAZING! Fried shrimp and shrimp fried rice! So simple but they give you the tartar sauce and i recommend the hot sauce to spice up the rice :} ONE PROBLEM! I was so happy I went here the price was great and the food was even better. They are very friendly and stay open till 11pm. I ordered pork fried rice , chicken wings and fries, and even though I went there around 10:45pm the rice was fresh. The customer service is poor. I had hoped to place an order for delivery over the phone. I had met the minimum order amount for delivery however when I began to provide my address I was told "we don't deliver there". My location was 0.7 miles away. I tried to explain this, but was only repeatedly told "we don't deliver there". She had misunderstood where I was located and continued to speak over me. I will never eat here again. read more

I love Chinese American cuisine and have eaten it in many cities over the decades. Unfortunately, one of the worst areas I've ever found for such cuisine is the Lehigh Valley. That includes both sit down buffets and take out restaurants. I always try a place twice before I form an opinion. So, here's mine of China Wok on Seventh Street in Allentown. Recommend you eat elsewhere. Today I ordered by telephone from their menu. As an appetizer I ordered the boneless spare ribs. They came burnt and completely dried out from apparently being reheated in a deep fryer. Also tasteless. So tough I couldn't even chew them. I also ordered the Roast Pork Egg Foo Young platter, complete with fried rice and egg roll. Again, the pork in the egg mixture was so hard I thought I'd break a tooth. The rice was pretty tasteless except for some vile and highly bitter chunks of onion. Adding insult to injury. The delivery guy made me leave my apartment and meet him outside in order to pick up the meal. He wouldn't even deliver to my door. Suffice to say, he received a smaller tip. BUT, the biggest tip I can give readers is to avoid eating food from China Wok. Some of the worst Chinese food, in my opinion, I've ever eaten. read more

HORRIBLE I Ordered two egg foo young combinations with pork fried rice and the rice was burnt and the onions in the egg foo young was burnt. The entire meal was flavorless, I called the store about food being burnt he asked me to bring it back and I explained i lived 20 minutes away , he said whenever I return to bring the burnt food.
