Bringing in my grandma for her leg procedure was relatively easy because the facility was able to schedule my grandma car service to come pick us up. When I arrived, I was greeted by those working in the front desk. They were super helpful and friendly. They quickly checked us in. Prior to grandma's procedure, I received a call with all the information needed.   Facility is super clean and well equipped. They did not handle me or my procedure with care at all. Very rushed and painful experience. Team was too rough. There was absolutely no reason for me to feel everything that was happening to me and having to ask for more numbing meds and still feel everything. No one seemed to care about me telling them I'm in pain as I'm being operated on. Very traumatic experience. I would not recommend!
