No one called or emailed or anything about the fact that we had never once used the membership, and she did not remember signing up for the membership at all. I called them and asked them to immediately stop billing her. So they said because I "canceled the membership" , they would not honor any of the accumulated monthly massages that she had paid for over 17 months. Disgusting.
