I called them and asked them to immediately stop billing her. I asked if I could wait to see if anyone canceled. after about 20 min they said everyone had checked in, but 7 people left after the check ins and staff didn't make me a priority, a facial is 45 min. Massage can be shorter if someone did not show up? Not good customer service. Staff did not call close by locations, or try to accommodate.
