I was a bit nervous and Shane was very reassuring. I can be a baby with pain and so Shane first pinched the area to numb it and it really wasn't bad at all. Stung for about 20 seconds! That afternoon I kept forgetting it was even there since no pain. I have some health issues so Shane was very good and patient about me standing up slowly from the chair and lying me down while doing the piercing so I wouldn't be dizzy.
