I'm a long time patient so I kept my 6 mo appt, which was last week. The hygienist (who was great) mentioned there is a note in my file regarding a night guard, would I like them to scan my mouth at this visit? I said no but they checked my insurance anyway and it wasn't covered so I opted out. I did flat out tell the nice hygienist that this would be my last time here as the poor service shouldn't be tolerated. I am not holding my breath for a call.
