I waited for 30 min and still no doctor, so I left. I didn't get a call from them at all. They charge patients who don't show up, maybe I should charge them? I'm a long time patient so I kept my 6 mo appt, which was last week. The hygienist (who was great) mentioned there is a note in my file regarding a night guard, would I like them to scan my mouth at this visit? I said no but they checked my insurance anyway and it wasn't covered so I opted out. I went to another dentist who referred me to a surgeon who diagnosed it as a blockage in my salivary gland! How the heck did these "dentists" completely miss that! It was serious! Because I had to pay the other dentist, naturally I had asked for my co pay back. She (Giselle) practically laughed in my face. They went out of their way to dispute MY dispute and went as far as to LIE to my bank and tell that that over the phone I "refused to follow the doctors orders because I didn't agree." How did you misdiagnose that? Oh I know, by not listening to the patient when they tell you exactly where it hurts. "Fat deposit" ? Ur brains are fat deposits.
