We moved my accounting, and I had to retrieve my accounts from this team. Yes, this team was actually 100% efficient. They mail me information about my account every year and have it available when I need it. They also remind me about taxes! I also unfortunately had a seizure on their premises, because I have epilepsy, and they were extremely professional and very kind. While I can't 100% get behind the amount they charged for the empty service they provided, (795$ for my taxes and SPNT--don't do that, it's a waste), I can say they are extremely reasonable for offering such fine service. read more

I could not be more disappointed by the level of intelligence, skill and customer service exhibited by one of the CPAs here. Phuong continuously provided poor work, lack of attention to detail and a continuous disrespectful and condescending tone. When you choose a CPA you are looking for a trusted advisor and partner. You do not find that here. If you are looking to be takes down to, not offered the best financial advice and to light your money on fire. This is the place to bring your financial future. After a career spent creating long-term customer-facing relationships I am shocked by this experience. If there was zero or negative stars I would have chosen that option. On top of this when trying to discuss this issue with the principal partner David Jacobs I was met with the same condescending rudeness. It is obvious customer service, satisfaction and tax preparation success is not a priority here. Stay away! read more

Great people. I had Dave Jacobs do my taxes for probably a decade and was always happy with his work and integrity. When my taxes became trivial due to career changes Dave told me to just do them myself. Even kept answering my tax questions over the year! Years later I came back and started working with Phuong and could not be happier. She is incredibly detail orientated, friendly and easy to work with. We now have pretty complicated taxes, RSUs, ESPPs, stocks, a small business with expenses and what not. Could not ask for more from a CPA. I have always gotten great advice, first from Dave and now Phuong. I find them to be very knowledgeable. I drop them an email and get a great reply back. Same when I call. They even called my companies stock plan manager to verify some information just to double check. If I ever get audited I feel 100% comfortable knowing they will be with me. read more
