My experience with Louis Chiozza has been nothing but a nightmare. I trusted him with my case after a drunk driver totaled my car in 2020, and for over four years he kept giving me the same excuse -- that he was "waiting on a court date" and to check back in a few weeks. His attitude was always rude and unprofessional, and when the time finally came to tell me there was nothing he could do, he didn't even have the decency to say it himself. Instead, he sent his father to deliver the news. After four and a half years wasted, I am now searching for another lawyer to sue him for the damage and time he caused me. The Choizza Law Firm has done nothing but avoid my calls and has yet to call me back about any updates on my claim. My claim case was opened in November 2022, and the only update I know is that they took money from the insurance and never gave me anything compensated back. Their customer service is terrible, the people lie and never call back, and I have called over them too many times for them to never get back to me. I would never recommend a place that doesn't care for their customers like this law firm. And still to this day, no one has called and updated me, even when I do call, no one calls back. read more

I'm Honestly unsure of where to begin I will start by saying I'm sorry for such a long post but I wanted to explain in detail - So in January of 2020 I was arrested for shoplifting now granted I'm a 56 year old Grandmother who has NO record nor have I ever been arrested for anything so I was a little unnerved and totally shocked I had just spent 12 plus hours in jail for a crime I didn't commit intentionally at least but it was at that time I learned anyone can be arrested for anything and all I have to say is always hire a good attorney -well I had to appear in court 3 hours after being released from jail so I googled and made two phone calls trying to reach an attorney and "ThAnk You Jesus " the second number I called I was connected with a oh so Polite Nice Voice of a gentleman I have never heard of nor knew anything about and I was petrified and it was at that time he told me he would meet me at my court date in less than an hour which I was forever greatful due to he only had less than an hour notice well then I panicked thinking this can't b a good sign he isn't busy did he not have court or appointments this am ? And then he was so nice and told me I didn't have to pay him today my immediate thought he may have just graduated yesterday this just isn't good well the part of not having to pay him today was awesome seeing I had lost my job several months prior and my husband also had lost his and I had no idea exactly how I was going to pay him but I had just hired my new attorney MR Brian Chiozza well let me just say this "God had to be the reason I was lead to him because here I was fresh out of jail over 12 hours and arrested for shoplifting which granted you may be thinking well she's guilty no job and out shopping well I was at a home improvement retail store first of all not a clothing boutique I had my items in my shopping cart and went to courtesy desk to see if some items had come in that I had ordered because one if the 4 items I ordered was shipped to my home items 2 & 3 were shipped to the store and item 4 was no where to be found well employee ask me for my email confirmation which I looked in my bag and I didn't have it I had given her my drivers License To try & look it up and which she still had possession of when I told her the confirmation may be in my car she says go look so here I go with my shopping cart to go and check when I physically took one step out the front door and a man grabs me and starts yelling at me at the top of his voice I was trying to explain to him the prior events but he continued forcing me into a small area at the front of store I told him to please go check with his employee at the courtesy desk what I was doing because granted This isn't rocket science but how stupid it would of been for me to give an employee my valid drivers license and then try to leave the premises with those items it was cleaning supplies and detergent for goodness sake not expensive tools of any sort I had the cash in my purse to pay for the items now granted I did walk out the door but if I had been given a split second to even realize what I had done I would of ran right back in I never dreamed in a million years my afternoon run to grab those items would end up like it did - Geez - well I was already depressed about not working and after this happened I was petrified of everything - I am just now starting to feel half normal again and I just got a new job so I will immediately start making payments to MR Brian Chiozza until I pay him in full because out of the absolute most embarrassing, & humiliating things to happen to someone he never treated me poorly or spoke down to me he was extremely caring and sincere and he only contacted me once in a polite professional manner regarding the monies I owed to him which again I've always worked and had a job since I was 16 years Old and I was so embarrassed and down on myself And I am sad to say it's been six months since this happened but I'm finally financially able to start making payments until it's paid because you never know the real struggles people are dealing with and when your one of those people you are so Blessed to have someone to be kind to you but most of all to treat you with respect like Brian Chiozza did with me and for that I am forever grateful that I met him he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't charged nor that it would appear on my record and I know he did his part because if he hadn't done such a great and thorough job I wouldn't be fortunate to even have a job because it would of showed up on my record and I would not have passed a background check - So "HATS OFF & a HUGE THANK YOU to BRIAN CHIOZZA for having faith in me when I didn't even have any in myself -you will never know how eternally grateful I am to you for helping me - You are TRULY A CLASS ACT read more
