My family hired this firm for a wrongful death suit. At first everything went accordingly, but as time passed, I noticed a lack of respect, and a distinct feeling of being treated with a definite air of condescension. Not only are they slow to get back to you, but when they do, they are not clear and when you ask additional questions, they act irritated, bordering on becoming sarcastic. My overall experience with them was disappointing. They couldn't have cared less about me as a client or anyone else in my family - it was all about how much they were going to receive, and they got paid plenty for making a few phone calls. Don't expect any real work, because they aren't about to get their hands dirty by actually having to put something in writing or get back to a client on a timely basis, much less treat them like they are human.
