In 2016 I was involved in a car accident no fault of mine. I had neck pain that I couldn't get rid of. The therapist told me that my pain was coming from degenerative arthritis and the it was wakened up due to the whiplash. I went back and forth to the doctor for almost a year. This law firm had been my attorney during the whole while. The finally had me to settle my case and to also sign papers saying that I would never sue the person at fault insurance company again for my injury. I wish I had not done so. FYI..... my degenerative disc disease PAINS were triggered from a rear end collision years ago, and I let an attorney from this law firm convince me that I couldn't take my case to court. I wanted to go to court, but my case was passed around to four (4) different people. I'm guessing this was to frustrate me so I would just settle (which I ended up doing REGRETFULLY)! I'm still suffering (8) years later & my condition is worse. I saw different specialists at Campbell Clinic & Semmes -Murphey who said that surgery was the ONLY FIX! I occasionally have temporary paralysis on my left side because of this car accident. I NEED TO KICK MYSELF IN THE BUTT FOR SETTLING. It took almost three years to finish my case. The paralegals were fantastic. I had one attorney that hardly ever responded to anything, they swapped me to another attorney (he did keep in touch -Tyler was his name), then they swapped me to another attorney (unsure what his name was) he called me himself multiple times to let me know where things stood. I liked that attorney, but I only had him for maybe three weeks if that. They need to stop switching attorneys and stop switching paralegals. I have to say Rubbie was EXCELLENT AT HER JOB. I MEAN EXCELLENT! She never got a harsh tone with me when I contacted her, she always responded to my emails or phone calls. The only reason I give them a 3 is bc of swapping up attorneys and the process took almost three years to settle. Do I recommend, no. The JMB team of experienced lawyers helped my wife and I settle with the insurance company that first only offered just $2,500 for a injury claim due to an un-insured motorist.
