Mr. Edwards is the example of GREAT customer service! I called him on a Monday afternoon wanting prices for a windshield repair. Not only was he patient with me (since I happen to be rambling through paperwork on my desk), but he seemed very honest and sincere. He made sure to let me know if the crack on the windshield was small it would just need repaired and not replaced. Mr. Edwards in no way tried to sell me an entire windshield. Mr Rivera was very friendly and professional. I love that the company comes to the customer. He was even available to come the same afternoon that I called. He and his associate came the next morning due to my unavailability. They were prompt and quick to replace the windshield. I think more than anything, I was very impressed that he honored his quote even when he under quoted me (the quote should have been for at least $50 more).
