We had a small issue with our truck, but one that has been persistent. I cant say what a relief it was to have a service tech/rep as knowledgeable and hardworking as he is. I had transmission issues on a Saturday midmorning, had to tow to Bill Cramer. We were to leave to go home the next day (Sunday). Dennis and Matt told me first it would be sometime the next week before it could be fixed. I had my 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 towed to Bill Cramer Sept 22, 2024. Spoke to the service advisor on the 23rd. They first said there was a knocking in the lower engine and an oil leak around the crankshaft seal. Once I sent service records and Oil receipts that hasnt been mentioned again and now they say there are electrical issues and there must be chaffing or some issue with the wiring harness. Terrible experience with the Bill Cramer service Department! I brought in my 2018 Chevy Colorado truck for service because it would violently start shuddering at certain speeds- usually on the interstate at highway speed. Scary! It had just over 50,000 miles on it. After three days of sitting in their shop, and being charged a significant "diagnostic fee"- they "diagnosed" that I needed new tires....ridiculous!! Went to Firestone and got four new tires (although they did not note any abnormal wear). Of course it still had the scary shudder... A few months later- researching it on Chevy forums, saw a Service Bulletin 18-NA-355 on the nhtsa.gov (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) website that this is a problem "Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Shudder" that is fixed changing out to a different transmission fluid. With the current transmission fluid, the shudder occurs after driving for a while (fluid heats up- viscosity goes down), so it shakes mostly at highway speeds, and when towing a trailer. Really, really scary. The truck is at Bill Cramer now- after three days, no word. Service department does not answer the phone. I left two messages with Duane, in the service department, which were not returned. When I went down there, this afternoon they started to look at the truck, and after their new "diagnosis" that this bulletin (that I provided to them) is the problem- BUT is to change out the fluids will be over $600, since it is now outside of the 60,000 mile power train warranty...THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF, AND IS WRONG! read more

I would strongly caution against purchasing or servicing a vehicle here. I would recommend any brand of vehicle that can have factory service ELSEWHERE. My SUV incurred thousands of dollars in damage done whilst in their care, and their "solution" was a new rear wiper and a buff/wax job. Full disclosure: I did have one good service experience there, but it was to correct issues they didn't complete on a previous repair. Every other visit has been fraught with problems. Granted, it wasn't the dealer's fault, but the $1,850 part needing replaced on my two year old Chevy Equinox was on back order, so it took two weeks to get my car repaired, during which time a loaner option was dangled once or twice only to be told that none was available. Finally a week into the process, a loaner became available, for which I was appreciative, in-spite of the fact it was a Chevy Cruze. I'll be the first to admit that the Equinox isn't exactly a luxury vehicle, but compared to a Cruze, it is. To add insult to injury, the lady managing the loaner fleet (aka the car nazi) was condescending, telling me to "watch my miles" and that I was "prohibited from taking the car out of state". Whatever! Thankfully, Michelle was more reasonable and possesses customer service skills. Brought our truck in for an oil change, we got registered in and were told less than an hour. We walked around the lot checking out new and used trucks. After an hour and a half we went back to service. Not only was the truck not done but they hadn't even started!!! We have had our truck serviced here many times and travel over an hour to get here. While I understand staffing shortages are an issue right now, I feel a courtesy call could have been made prior to my appointment to alert me of the 3-4 total appointment with options for drop off or rescheduling. I took my truck in for a warranty repair for a roof leak, before it reached 36k miles. My roof liner was damaged (bent) above the back window when the technician tried to re-seal the top of the back window to stop the leak. So, I had to go back a 2nd time to have the roof liner replaced. I set up the appointment and was told I could wait on it. When I arrived, they told me it would take days, so I had to find someone to come pick me up (1 hour away from where I live). After 6 days with no loaner, I had to return for a 3rd time, and my truck was returned to me with damaged leather on the passenger seat, dirty hand and finger prints all over the new roof liner, and scuffed up dash, and the roof liner was not installed properly, where you can now see the tracks for the sunroof, and you can see the metal roof on the side of the clothes hook in the back, because the hole did not line up properly. They repaired the leather seat and half-way repaired the scuff on the dash. I'm stuck with a poorly installed roof liner, because they "didn't want me to have to wait on it" to be re-installed properly. All the while, I was treated like I was a jerk for saying anything about the issues, after they tried to send me home with a vehicle in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. All I wanted was to never have to go there for problems with a truck with less than 36K miles on it. Instead I had to go to the dealership 4 times and spend multiple half-days there, mostly because of poor workmanship by the technicians. I hope to never go back to this dealership. They are unapologetic for their crappy workmanship, and I guess the customer is always wrong. read more

We pulled in and no one told us where to go, we had to get out and walk up to someone for them to tell us what to do. All the employees just kept staring at us and watched us while we were confused. When someone finally helped us they made us park in a tow zone. We went inside and explained the car issue we were having and without sympathy they replied, "Do you have an appointment?" to which we responded no. Then the gentleman at the front desk said, "I'll let you sit here and you can call another dealership." If you're looking for a car dealership that will take advantage of you, charge you way more than they should, and dodge all of your calls and emails, this is the place to go! If you are a female going here by yourself, you have the special privilege of being treated extra crappily! I went to purchase a car and by the time I got to finance, after being told my payment would be in the low 200s monthly, they tell me I'll have to pay in the high 200s monthly. Why? Because they can only give me a 10% interest rate! But don't worry, IF I buy their extended warranty of almost $2,000, then the interest rate will go down to 8%! Now silly me didn't realize they were taking full advantage of me, was in desperate need of a car, and went ahead and did it. Luckily, other companies are much nicer and I found out that I actually qualify for a 6% interest rate, and the extended warranty was completely unnecessary because the car still had a factory warranty. So, I refinanced and went on my merry way. I posted a negative review on google to let them know how disappointed I was in their service, and the manager replied asking me to contact them so they could make it right - how kind of them! But just kidding, if you need to contact them, you'll call and leave voicemails on multiple mail boxes, leave messages with reception, send multiple emails, totaling at least 20 phone calls to them in less than a week and they will never call you back or email you back! By the time you're incredibly frustrated, you'll call and call and call one afternoon until they directly carry the phone to a manager for you. Great! Finally! I asked them to send me the paperwork so I can cancel the extended warranty they tricked me in to getting in the first place. Paperwork never comes, so multiple phone calls and emails later and then I finally get it, fill it back, send it in, and ask for confirmation that it was receive and processing. Obviously they did not reply to my email, or phone calls, until I had to again incessantly try to get a hold of them until I finally get a rude email saying that it had in fact been received and was being processed. Then you won't hear anything for a couple weeks, but you will get mail from them because guess what?! They somehow (despite doing these calculations literally everyday of their entire existence) miscalculated how much you owe for title purposes and won't give you your title until you come in and pay another $150. Want to try and call and save yourself the time and hassle of going to their damn dealership yet again? Too bad. They will again dodge your calls and ignore your emails. So you'll go to the dealership, get pathetic "oh I'm sorry"s from multiple people and so called managers but no actual explanation or attempt to make it right. They won't give a shit that you have been manipulated, lied to, and taken advantage of throughout your entire experience with them and will refuse to give you your title until you give them again more money because apparently it's not their fault. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could give this place a zero star. The absolute worst service I've ever experienced from any business in my entire life. Where do I even begin let's start off with the fact that they told me they have cars there from last October and it's now July. My car has been in the shop for seven weeks because instead of fixing it, they broke it to the point where the car doesn't even drive I brought it in for a brake change and they recommended to get spark plugs changed while I was there. They do such horrible work and rushed work that they broke the spark plugs they were trying to place in the vehicle and now the entire engine is misfiring and cannot even drive off the parking lot. Mind you it drove perfectly fine when I brought it there. We're now on week seven of them having my car because they broke it. They told me we don't have the manpower or the understanding of how to fix your car so it's just sitting there while they screw up other peoples cars in hopes of miracle happens and they're able to fix it.
