Chipotle is Chipotle right? This place has the same food as every Chipotle across the country. Not unbelievably awesome, just plain awesome. So the main thing to talk about is the consistency. There is not much to be said about chipotle other than it is simply amazing. As a life long chipotle enthusiast, you can imagine the joy in my heart when I moved to Alliance, where there was a chipotle right down the road. I go about 2-3 times a week and rarely do they disappoint. The meat is usually nice and moist, never dry. They are generous with their rationales as I almost always receive a nice thicc burrito. Although, It would be remiss of me to not mention the few occasions where I felt slightly uncomfortable asking for extra Guac on the tortilla. It's like the whole restaurant goes into a panic attack because they don't even know how to tell you it's extra money. "That's a $1.80 extra, is that ok?!?" Yes ma'am that's ok, I'll have some more corn as well. Yet, a small price to pay for one of the best burritos I could ask for. Highly recommend. read more

I am a track coach and completed an online order of 60+ burritos for Saturday online, not realizing I had accidentally made the order for Friday. When they called me and I realized my mistake - they were incredibly understanding, refunded my money and let me make the same order. Not one order out of all the 60+ burritos was wrong. I absolutely loveee chipotle, but this location really skimps you on everything.... They barely gave me any rice or beans and i didn't even get meat. Then i had to ask for extra lettuce THREE times because the girl pinched up three little pieces of lettuce when I asked for more. I love Chipotle, but this location can be hit or miss. At times the food is top shelf Chipotle, but other times it tastes under seasoned, bland, and/or has sat out too long. The staff seems inconsistent as well sometimes generous and sometimes under serving (by Chipotle standards). This is a great place to get a burrito when they are firing on all cylinders, but there are times when they go off the rails. read more

This was my first time ever visiting a chipotle and it was great. The portions are big the food is good and the employees are nice. They cook the food in front of you so you know it's fresh. The only bad part was when I got home my burrito was kinda cold but it was still good. It's fast food but it's still great unlike the others. Definitely recommend. read more

We are Chipotle fans, and have been to several in the area. This one is our least favorite. Staff seem pleasant, and the food is good but portions are very skimpy compared to other locations. Asking for extra doesn't get you much. At least three times, we've found a hair in the food. Although this is a restaurant that has more appeal to the younger crowd, it would still be nice if the music were lower so your order can be heard correctly, and you can converse without yelling. However, all Chipotles are designed to move people in and out. I still appreciate their healthier food ingredients, which is why I go back. Their order ahead option is nice....can go to the front of the line for pick up. The Canton and Boardman locations remain our favorites....no complaints there. they keep messing up my order. when someone says no cheese. DONT ADD IT!!! Instead of making me a new bowl they try to pick the cheese out with there hands and roll there eyes at me when I demand a new bowl. First of all your Food is good. Like it very much...Today though I went to the Alliance,Ohio Chipoltle's...Customer service was not happy with. I ordered a Chicken Burrito and a Chicken Burrito Bowl. Also ordered two bags of chips and salsa. They rang up my order. Was waiting for my Hot Salsa. A guy who was getting it was not getting my order but talking and carrying on a conversation with the person who was behind me. The cashier even told him we need the Salsa. I am still waiting and my food is getting cold. He just kept talking. Finally got it. Usually when I get home it is still warm. Today it was cold....Was not happy with the service...The guy at the register was okay. Just not the guy getting my Salsa...... read more
