Absolutely killer service. I downloaded Yelp solely to write the review. I've now eaten at this place twice and both have been above and beyond and then some At my first visit i came 2 minutes before close because my pregnant girlfriend asked me for a blizzard. Not only were they happy to make it for me and quick to shut down any apologies i had with me coming so close to close. I asked if there was a way to appreciate them or help them out like a review or a survey, and the respond I had was "don't worry! we get paid to do this" At my second visit i had thought i ordered a second blizzard with my two chicken strips and upon walking into the store, the woman behind the counter said "it wasn't on there but i made one for free for ya anyways" truly excellent staff and any manager should be proud! read more

We pulled in to the drive-thru at 8:50pm with several cars in front of us. When we finally got to the speaker to place our order, they shut the lights off and told us they were closed at 9pm. We literally pulled up to the speaker seconds before 9pm (I just so happened to watch the time on my phone change as we pulled up). We tried telling them we'd been waiting in line for 10 minutes and it was like they just shut off the mic because they completely ignored us. I recently stopped at the Dairy Queen in Ashland, Ohio, to get an ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. They handed me what I can only describe as an ice cream cone dipped in brown water. When I questioned what was wrong with my order, they informed me that the chocolate was too hot and that it was unable to stay on the ice cream cone. Take the stupid masks off your employees. We were in last weekend and DQ had ~7 mostly young employees hustling around fully masked. Nearly every other business around has ditched the masks, so is DQ trying to virtue signal here? Restaurants complain about a lack of labor, but who wants to work in a busy, hot restaurant wearing a face diaper, when they have zero risk of becoming ill from Covid-19? Ridiculous. who on gods green earth, puts their dining room hours on the door for everyone to see if you're just going to ignore them. we got their at around 8, dining room closes at 9 on saturdays, it's literally on the door and they were locked, a family held the back door open for us just for us to come in, get cursed out and denied service. never liked them anyway but that just solidified my opinion. read more

This DQ is a great place to hang out, meet friends, or grab a bite--the food is always warm and fresh and the atmosphere inside is really great. However, the parking lot can be challenging to get in and out of and I really wish they had longer hours. Why close at 9.30 even on the weekend?? I want late night ice cream. =( read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. MANAGER IS A PIECE OF WORK! My daughter left her purse...we live 4 hours away...manager refused to send it saying she didn't want to go to UPS. WTF? I as just at DQ 5 minutes ago, no one in line and I tried to ask if an expired coupon was still usable. They told me to speak up they couldn't hear me. I talked slower and louder and a guy came on and said I didn't "need to act smart". Really? You just told me you couldn't hear me. You bet I said I would just go somewhere else.
