We are sitting here after being told that only mobile orders are being accepted so we placed an order on the app. It's literally 25 twenty minutes later and still waiting for our mobile order. Having issues way beyond COVID. Haven't had fountain drinks in at least 6 months... apparently a vendor dispute. Messed up our delivery order, told us they'd fix it when I called. when my husband got there to pick our new order even with proof of the screwed up order they made him drive all the way back to our house get the screwed up order so they could "discard" it In order to give us what we ACTUALLY ordered. My experience on Tuesday night April 7, 2020 at 6 pm was HORRIBLE and I was reminded why I will always choose Qdoba over Chipotle! Unfortunately, due to the virus Qdoba was closed so our only option was Chipotle, which I now regret. You have to pay for every additional item you want - queso, guacamole, etc., the options are limited and no healthy wheat tortilla choices - this is not the case at Qdoba. Not to mention, the lady serving me and my son was freaking out about the virus. She was so paranoid about getting sick while she was serving us it paralyzed her and she should not have been working! I tried to order a quesadilla and was told they only make tiny little kids quesadillas. It's advertised and offered online so I was confused. My friend ordered her dinner online and I picked it up for her. Her bag contained a full sized quesadilla. I went back in upset that I was told they don't make them. Apparently, this item is only offered online and they have no way to charge me for it in store. Gauc is a extra $2 and he put maybe one spoonful? Do yourself a favor Eat somewhere else. I have dined here Many times and their food is usually good. I ordered what I normally do and the chicken was extremely over seasoned to the point I could not eat it. Naturally I called the restaurant in hopes that the dinner that I paid full price for would be fixed so that I can actually eat it. The manager refused my phone call and I was told the restaurant is too busy. I was very upset and so I drove to the restaurant with the food, I stood there for 10 minutes while the manager proceeded to make order after order and ignore me. When I had finally had enough and said please can we take care of this she said "I don't have time to deal with you" and turned back away from me.I threw the food in the garbage where I belong and went home hungry. I did contact their corporate office regarding this and they told me they would give me a buy one get one free coupon, what about the full price that I paid for both meals that were ruined. Nice Chipotle! Clearly very popular with a college crowd as there were a lot of young 20s people there, so many so it was not easy to find a seat. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food line looked clean. They were running low on a few things, probably because it was so busy in there. I was a little disappointed with this chipotle. Usually I'm a huge fan of chipotle and could it all day, ever day. However, this trip I found hair in my food, which was not mine. I couldn't finish the rest of my meal after that but had that incident not happened I would have given it 5 stars. I usually get the salad without rice to make it extra healthy. read more

Haven't been to chipotle since I went to one in DC a few years back - very good. Come to Billings, ordered a steak bowl. And its not steak. Its pure gristle. Overall poor experience in Billings, MT. It was my first visit to any Chipotle. The staff were sloppy and uninterested. The young lady taking my order did not greet me after I greeted her; she instead asked me to wait. Then she asked me what I wanted. I asked for a burrito with cilantro lime rice. She rolled her eyes and said all of the rice was cilantro lime. I asked what the difference was. She said they were different colors. I had walked in wanting pork, but upon seeing the dried and crusty meat, I went with the beef. They sloppily put together my burrito, and squeezed it into the foil packet, pushing the juices and salsas out of the sides. As I payed I noticed a dirty counter around the register. It was also very dirty around the drinks station. I have heard that Qdoba was better than Chipotle, and after this experience, I have to agree. I won't be back. The food was tasty, which is why I gave it the two stars. However, I had to eat it with a fork as the burrito had exploded in the foil and out of the foil. read more

I went to chipolte and had their chicken burrito. The ingredients were fresh they put on three types of salsa and made the burrito so big it had a temporary blow out while wrapping it. They staff was very nice and upbeat. She was so sorry for the tortilla blowing out that she double wrapped it and have me a card for a free burrito next time. It is a shame that this Chipotle obviously does not appreciate the customer. The guy that initially struck up a conversation and then started my order...when I asked for just onions, he put onions and peppers on my burrito. So, I asked him to pick out the peppers please. He initially said "no"...so I asked him again to just pick them out. He then proceeded to remove ALL of the peppers and onions. He looked at me like he was done, though there were now no onions on the burrito. I again, asked for onions...to which he said "no". HOW HARD IS IT TO HONOR A CUSTOMER REQUEST FOR NO BELL PEPPERS? I have never been treated with such disrespect...and then getting the feeling that they are talking bad about me to themselves! I'm normally not one to do this sort of thing, especially for my beloved Chipotle, but I had a very unfortunate experience this afternoon. When it was my turn to step up and order my food the young lady kindly asked me what she could get for me, but before I could even answer there was an awkward banter that occurred between her, a gentleman in the kitchen, and a woman who I assume to be the manager. This stern conversion continued for probably a minute off and on until the line had grown by 5 or so people. The young lady then finally came back to the counter to attend to me...I began my order with brown rice, then requested black beans. I was told they "have no black beans today". I decided that didn't matter too much, and requested fajita veggies, only to again be denied and told "well...it's going to be like a long time before they are done, do you REALLY want them?" Being as that I didn't have much time (was getting my order to go) I skipped over that as well and just filled my bowl with other things. Not that I ever expect a manager to comp a meal or offer me anything, but I was honestly surprised that no one even tried to give me so much as a drink for free seeing as half the food line was empty. Then later this evening a friend of mine decided she wanted to get chipotle for dinner so I tagged along and figured I would just get some chips and guac...NOPE. Out of guac. What?! Holy smokes. To say the least, it was a tiring day at chipotle. I sure do hope it is back to the great chipotle I've come to know and love next time! read more

I'm very frustrated with the lack of accuracy with their on-line ordering. They encourage on-line ordering for large take out orders, but 95% of the time we get home with either the order incorrect, or missing part of it. I recommend always double checking your order. It's a little sad when you get home and have a child without their dinner. read more

I have been a faithful customer at Chipolte for a long time. My experience today was not good. When we arrived to pick up dinner there was hardly anyone there already. The workers were all sitting around or slowly working. the food was cold and there was a lot of food they were out of but weren't refreshing it swiftly at all. They also ran out of dressing and told us they had no more even though they could've made more. Their service was terrible. Not personal, caring or even thoughtful in any way. Not worth the time and money. I love chipotle and thought the manager should know it was a terrible experience. read more
