Fast service, good portions, and friendly staff! One of the best chipotles I've been too. Prices were reasonable 14$ even for chicken bowl, chips and guac. Only bad part was that the meat was super low at 7:09 and my chicken was cold. Tables were dirty. Chips tasted fresh and not burnt so you know their oils is changed weekly and filtered. Guac tasted ok. Needed more lime and salt. This is the perfect place for a post workout meal, the planet fitness across the street. With a few improvements I can see this place as a five star place. I ordered online, three bowls, two chicken and one double steak. I also ordered chips and salsa with all three and 4 tortillas. I ordered a Sprite and Coke. The only thing I got was the three bowls and one order of the chips and salsa and the side of sour cream. I tried to call but the automated system won't let you talk to anyone. I tried to do the talk to Polly thing and that didn't work. And before you want to blame the person that went to pick up the order for me I would say that if they are going to put the order up on the shelf as ready to pick up they should have all the items in there. Placed an order online; said it would be done at 545pm and I arrived at 550pm. They didn't even know I had placed an order so two employees scrambled to get my order done (it was only 2 burrito bowls) They messed up my bowl and had to redo it. Then I bring it home and realize they messed up my husbands order. I was expecting maybe a discount or free chips or something small to make up for the inconvenience but, nothing. Not even an apology. There is a reason someone orders online so if they have to wait for it to be prepared, what's the point? I understand staffing shortages are very prevalent, but this specific chipotle location struggles. It's not worth ordering online to pick up in store...it'll end up taking an additional 10-15 minutes for your food to be ready. It's better off to wait in line! I eat at this location 2-6 times per week. They're generally pretty quick and I would say slightly above average on prep speed most of the time. It just depends on who is working. I'm usually in and out in about 5 minutes. If you see a line out the door of people waiting for some delicious Chipotle, and then complain about a wait time, maybe you should consider taking a course in logic. read more

I ordered on line and when I arrived my food was not read. They could find my order the "manager" I use that very loosely was very rude from the start as I used him my printed copy of my order he was focus on where my name was on the document. I asked why that mattered. He said he had to look up my order I asked why can't I tell you what my name is and you look it up? He finally agreed to take my name and finally found it after a couple minutes. I asked what compensation I would be receiving for waiting after I ordered online so I would not have to wait. He offered me chips, guacamole and queso. After he throw my order together I checked it only to find that he put 2 bags of chips, guacalmole. When I asked for the queso he walked away. I continued to check my food. I notice he didn't add chicken to my son's quesadilla. Instead he put it on the side I was fine that it was there but because you didn't prepare or see my order before I came I get a throw together preparation. When I said something to him he said I was rude although he was the one that was rude for walking away from as I was still talking to him. I let him know I will be reporting this to his store manager and he seemed the least be worried. So I thought I would Yelp as well. Worst service at Chipotle I have ever received and I love Chipotle. I went to this Chipotle on Saturday 19... around.. 1...2 pm for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The tall young woman in the line, I asked her what her name was and it was .. sheela.. Shayla? Not sure! But she was the sweetest thing. She answered all of my questions and was polite and nice, when I went to pay, the older woman at the cash register was quick and efficient, she asked how I was and she talked to me like I had known her for years. I live near this newer location, and I received a coupon in the mail specifically for this store: Buy one burrito, bowl, etc, Get one free. It sounded like a heck of a deal, so I decided to take advantage. I could tell that they were having a busy day. When you send such a great promotion out to the community, you'd better be prepared to serve a higher volume of customers. The line clipped along at a steady pace, but the employees were clearly flustered. My husband and I had to repeat ourselves many times when requesting ingredients for our burrito bowls. They started putting the cover on my veggie bowl, and I had to stop them to remind them that they missed the guacamole, which should be included by default in a veggie bowl. The real kicker was the checkout process. I was eavesdropping on the transaction in front of me, and the cashier blurted out "Give me your money. You think this food is all free?" I could tell that the customer she was speaking to was seriously taken aback, but she handed over her credit card and paid. Then came my turn to check out. I handed over my bogo coupon, and the cashier said the exact same thing to me... "Give me your money." Really? Is that your catch phrase?... Because you should really get a new one. Any transaction where I've ever presented a coupon, the coupon comes first, is applied to your purchase, you're told your final total, and then you present your payment. I guess she was expecting everything up front, but I know I'm not the only one who won't hand over my credit card until I know how much I'm paying. Give me your money? Give me a break. If you don't want to deal with the coupons, go smash some guacamole, and let someone a little more courteous take over the register. The food was just fine...
