Such a bad experience coming from Las Vegas to here such a disappointment the girl put little to no meat and when we ask for extra meat she said it will be a charge we said yeh no problem she literally put 2 pieces of meat on there and for the rice and sauce she put so much so it drowned the little meat then she and the Mexican dude were having problems ringing me up for my food when I asked for some napkins she said it's in the bag with an condescending attitude and I said no it's not and showed her she gave me 2 napkins for 4 orders are you kidding me so I asked for more and she like pushed them at me all this time I was polite so again such a disappointment read more

Customer service and food quality is terrible. Manager hassled and argued with me about a coupon that was given to me by the customer service department due to problems with previous order. Food is blander than ever, soggy and has no flavor. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations across the country and this is one of the worst I have been to. read more
