I had a mobile order for 7:30 ( I ordered at 7:00) I stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes and finally came around 7:55. There weren't very many people in line but there were 3 or 4 other people with 7:30 orders and they didn't come until 7:50. I was so looking forward to my chipotle salad, but from the beginning was put off my the food service worker behind the counter, who was flinging my food into the bowl and had very little on the serving spoon. It was like she was throwing slop in a bucket! So I asked her nicely not to throw my food that way and could she add a sufficient serving. I'm not asking for royal treatment, but don't throw my food! The green peppers, beans and the sofrito in the containers on the steam bar were dry as if they had bee sitting out for a long time but I was hungry and forgiving of that. Paid for and left . I started eating, only to find a very long hair embedded in my food. We return and I tell the person behind the counter there was a long hair in my food, and she rolls her eyes, with "what do you want us to do"? I told her I'd like my money back. She takes the dish doesn't even look at it, flings it in the trash. I suggest to them that the workers wear gloves, not handle money and food simultaneously, put their hair in a bun and/or wear a hair covering. Never an apology, but here take you refund and get out of my face type attitude. I just didn't appreciate the way they throw the food, the sanitary conditions or lack thereof, the hair in my food, the coldness and crudeness from the serving staff. I've never encountered any thing like this at any of the chipotles and needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. I love chipotle, but I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. The staff serves very little food, even after asking for what they would normally serve at all the other locations. Most recently, the rice for the bowls I ordered was not fully cooked, and the chicken tasted burnt. They also refused to add more chicken unless we paid for it, even though they had served about half of what I normally get at other chipotles. Not coming back here, I rather drive a little farther to the location in Chapel Hill. read more

Great food as always. Short line. Nobody really in the dining area. Then I found out why the line was short and the tables vacant. This has to be the nastiness Chipotle I ever been in ever. Mobile order placed at 2:40. Pick up time set at 3pm. Waited at counter for a few minutes at 3:10 and no one spoke to me. Finally, a guy asked if I have a mobile order. He printed out a ticket from the computer had grumbled that he would start it. I asked if the order had even been started since it was set for pick up at 3pm and it was already 3:15. Have been eating at Chipotle for about 15 years. Quality everywhere is pretty consistent except here. All I taste is SALT, SALT, and more SALT. Salt brings out flavors but this is obviously not the case. It overrides any flavors in the meat and salsa. I taste everything separately and they over salted everything. I can understand the salsa tastes different from place to place because they make it fresh but the meat supposed to be consistent and it is not. How can you screw up so badly in taste even with the meat that is delivered to you from corporate??? Baffle me! I told them the issue but I see no one tastes anything after my complaint. I stopped into this new Chipotle location for the first time late this afternoon. Very friendly staff and very efficient. The tortilla seems larger and there seemed to be more rice than I am used to. The space is well laid out and very nice. On balance, a great burrito. Maybe a little restraint on the filler is in order. read more

I love chipotle. There food has more integrity than any other fast food chain I've eaten or worked at. I worked for chilotle I'm CA for around a year. The way there company operates makes me proud to have worked for them. The food is always fresh never frozen and cooked in house. They even care about the treatment of the animals that they serve. This location has not disapointed me yet. A couple of times the steak hasn't looked great. But I'll get get the chicken or carnitas. The staff are friendly and the building is new. This might end up being a long review.. but hopefully helpful. FIRST IMPRESSION Whenever I walk into a Chipotle I can't help but notice not only all the dark, bland colors, but also the fact that the tables are rarely wiped and there will be a lot of dirtiness stuff on the floor like food, napkins, etc. ORDERING Their selection is pretty good. They don't have my favorite taco meat- ground beef so I get the shredded beef every time instead however when I ask for it they put the tiniest little amount of meat in each shell every single time. I even asked for them to put more meat on and they said "No because we always put this much" ... yeah... ACTUAL FOOD This is the reason it has 2 stars instead of 1. The food tastes good, and I love the lime chips (But they're an extra dollar or two, not included with the meal like Moe's or Chili's) I always get their crunchy tacos and like I said, it tastes good, the beef is a little spicy which I also like. FINAL VERDICT Do I recommend Chipotle to a friend? Yeah.. just make it to go and order more than you'd think you need depending on what you order. It's not the best restaurant, not the worst either. I don't eat there too often but I do sometimes. read more

Quality comes from the top down, so I have to assume that this location is poorly managed. The bar is missing items on a regular basis, so you either have to wait for them or just complete your order without them. The pinto beans have been allowed to cook until they are a paste like consistency, they probably could pass them off as re-fried beans if they offered them on the menu. The dining area tables and floors are usually dirty. I have gone to this location several times and this seems to be their version of normal. As Chipotle locations go, this one is subpar. read more

Terrible experience. I ordered a chicken bowl to go got home there was no chicken in the bowl. I went back to the store and found no one behind the counter for over 3 minutes. Finally a young lady came from the back didnt wash her hands, used hand sanitizer and went to work. The lady that mixed up my order came out put gloves on and went to work. She gave me a little hassle then remade the chicken bowl. I asked to speak to the manager and a lady named Katrina emerged. I ran down what happened and she replied "I am only here one day a week what do you expect from me." I told her I expected her to do her job. She became belligerent gave me the General Managers card and stormed off. I asked her to just do her job she replied you are rude to which I replied you are the one being ugly. She went wild and said "you are ugly get out!" Chipotle promised they would have their systemic shortcomings dealt with but I now see it was just lip service. I've reviewed Chipotle before and raved about it in all of its glory. However, I recently visited this location to pick up a catering order, so I wanted to comment on that. It was my first experience with Chipotle catering, and it was everything I had hoped for. I ordered via phone a few days in advance. They have a couple different options for catering that are explained online. My friends and I were planning a pool party and nobody wanted to cook. We wanted something delicious and EASY! I opted for the burrito box. I ordered 12 burritos, specified what types of meat I wanted, and then just picked it up! For every 2 burritos ordered, they threw in a bag of chips and salsa/guacamole. They also gave us plenty of napkins/forks etc. It ended up being about $10 person after taxes. My only suggestion for Chipotle is to somehow make the ordering process an online thing. Everything else they do is online so why not this too?! But either way, I would definitely use them again for another event. read more

Chipotle is a cut above most of the fast food Mexican fare. The chorizo burrito was a meal and is just spicy enough for many dinners. I do add extra of the spicer sauce. My wife had a pulled beef topped salad and raved about it. For a treat we had chips and guacamole. Be sure to enroll in their loyalty program to get texts for valuable rewards. Our chips and guacamole was free as one of the text rewards. Can't beat that. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very accommodating. I know we will be back. read more

I'll eaten here many times. They give you a lot of food for a good price. The staff turnover is pretty high, so sometimes the service is sketchy. I've had to wait for rice, chicken because they didn't anticipate running out. But overall it's a good place and the food is tasty and healthy. read more

The person serving me couldn't even close the lid and the food was stuck to the lid which she managed to mess up. So she threw away the lid with bunch of food/chicken stuck to it and put a new lid. Amazing customer service. Went in about 5 minutes until close and I wanted a chicken and steak burrito. They told me they would have to cook more steak and I said that it was okay since I knew they were about to Close. But they insisted on it.
