I would rather give -10 stars!! What has happened to this location. My daughter and I stopped in on Monday, Memorial Day around 2pm. They ran out of FOOD on the front line and all of the customers that were INSIDE the dining area were told to log onto their phones and order online....:what?? There were no apologies. The employees attitudes were horrible which always make things worse. Customers that had already ordered were upset & had been waiting for their orders far too long. So we left. I love Chipotle & this is the closest location to my home, so I returned Saturday, this time with both of my daughters. The line was long as usual but this time it was extremely hot inside. The food is great but you have to pay for chips when you get a bowl. A large big bag should come with it. You might as well buy a big bag of Tositos Lime Chips and get more than pay over $2 for a wide brown lunch bag of chips from Chipotle. ‍‍‍, depending on managers food (may or may not be fresh). It's best to go especially when they have a catering order because food will stay fresh to fill those orders. They did your food also in the midst of filling catering orders so you are guaranteed to get fresh food. Wish there was more to choose from like fresh avocado, not just guacamole, more like different cheeses (vegan cheese), and REAL vegan options. read more

This location is trash. I'm forced to come here because it's the closest chipotle and I love the food....but I sincerely HATE having to come here. The mobile orders are always extremely backed up. My most recent time, I ordered a chicken salad...said it would be ready by 1:50.... it's almost 2:30 and I'm still here waiting along with the plethora of others that have been waiting as well. They're saying they're an hour behind on mobile orders. That is completely ridiculous. This is a normal thing at this location that needs to be addressed. Any other chipotle locations I never have this issue to this extent. An hour??! The food is okay, they're a little skimpy on portions as well. All in all, I think this location needs to be managed and staffed way better because something obviously isn't right when it comes to efficiency in running a chain fast casual restaurant. read more

This location does not read your order if you order through the app. I gave them 1 star for my meal last night. I asked for extra corn and there was barely any corn there. I had maybe 5 pieces of meat. Corporate is good with customer service though and immediately sent me a coupon for a free entree but it shouldn't take that. It's super annoying. read more

I give two stars on the food because you really can't mess up the food here. But I just don't understand what's wrong with this place/location. Each time I've come here there's been some issue. The first they were out of nearly half of the menu and the line was out of control. The service here is lackluster. Online ordering is a joke. There's no way it should take 15-20 minutes to get my order when I placed it online 30 minutes ago. What are y'all doing? I've also made the mistake of ordering through the many delivery services and they always spend wayyyy too much time waiting at the restaurant for my food To be prepared after it's already been ordered. Always understaffed, orders are never correct when picking up app orders, app pickup times are always AT MINIMUM 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time (sometimes 1.5 hours after), manager is always hostile and aggressive towards guests, and completely unprepared and unorganized. read more

There's no way for them to keep track of what order people pick up from the shelf so your order will probably get picked up by someone else. And they won't make you another one. Customer service is poor. The line is always long and by the time you get to the counter everything is out. So just skip this location altogether. read more

Honestly my least favorite Chipotle. I always try to convince myself it'll be better next time but it never is. So here's the deal: the vinaigrette is trash(all oil, had 2 separate days weeks apart), steak is over cooked, black beans and barbacoa is cold, brown rice is crispy(and flavorless), and there's literally ALWAYS a wait. I've ordered online multiple times, waited 15 mins to drive there, and it STILL wasn't ready when I got there. I really almost want to drive 10-15 mins out of the way just to get better chipotle because I'm literally NEVER satisfied at this one. FYI, I've also worked at a chipotle. Whoever manages this location should be FIRED. Every time I come to this location it's always something they mess up. This time I ordered online for 7:15pm and had to wait over 40 minutes for my food. After 30 mins I went up to the front because I saw the line clear. Come to find out they have all the online orders in the corner instead of on the shelf where they belong. My ordered wasn't ready so the associate recommended I GET IN LINE AND ORDER wtf! If I wanted to do that I would have 30 mins ago when I got there! So I get in line and after 10 mins of waiting in a very long line they call my name. I try to be understanding. I open the bag to check the name and the tag on the front to make sure it's all right. It's a burrito so I can't see the inside.. I get home and these people put lettuce, sour cream and avocado on my burrito and I didn't order any of that and I'm allergic to avocado! So I drove in the pouring rain, waited 40 minutes drove back in the pouring rain only to have to give the burrito to my dog. read more

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff are friendly and patient even whilst dealing with dramatic customers. The food is always flavorful unlike some locations I've been to (bland, much?). My husband and I just drove from Douglasville to this location for lunch. It's the closest one to us. Anyhow, it was my husband's first time eating Chipotle. As he was deciding what he wanted on top of his steak bowl, the young lady preparing the sides mumbled under her breath to the girl working next to her that my husband doesn't know what he wants to eat. The problem is I heard her and read her lips. First of all, it's rude to assume that all customers have eaten there before. And it was his first time. TIP: order via the app or online to prevent waiting in line. Review: not the best Chipotle. Maybe they are always rushing because it is always crowded. I typically don't have issues when I order the bowl, but everytime I order a burrito from this location it's never good. Not sure if it's the way the make it or wrap it, but the food is never spread out through the burrito. So one end will have hot items and the other end of the burrito may have the cold cheese and sour cream. It's never consistent with the burrito. read more

I am pissed! I ordered 3 burrito bowls to be delivered through Doordash from the Camp Creek Chipotle location. Only 2 bowls were delivered so I called DoorDash and the missing bowl was to be redelivered. With the remaining 2 bowls there was no meat. NO MEAT. I called DoorDash & they gave me an account credit for those 2. In the meantime the bowl that was missing from the initial order was delivered. The only thing in the bowl was cubes of steak. That was it. Nothing else. Cubes of freaking steak. Called DoorDash again and they gave me credit for that bowl as well. However, I did not get credit for DoorDash service fee nor delivery fee. Again, I AM PISSED. I wish I could have given them a 0 rating. read more
