I tried this location, before even looking at any reviews, and it's so sad because they came so close to getting a five star review from me, but they had to do the one thing that most Chipotle's seem to do and that is undercook both the rice and beans. Why do that? The two most basic ingredients not even cooked enough and that ruined everything. Trying to save five minutes by rushing and not cooking all the way? I ordered a burrito and a taco. The meat and everything else was quite tasty, but they had crunchy beans with tough skin, from obviously being undercooked. I don't understand how in 2026 this is still done. The rice had hard centers. Yuch. Please invest in some rice cookers, or better yet, use them properly. I don't know what to say about the beans, those should be a slam dunk for Chipotle but every time I have tried Chipotle, the most basic ingredient isn't cooked all the way. Manager Mali is incompetent. Food tastes like pure salt. No chipotle's can be reached by phone and you can't talk to a human.

This location is very hit or miss, the trash cans are overflowing. The line where they make the food is always dirty, the meats are mixed, ingredients are ALWAYS missing. The guacamole 9 times out of 10 is just smashed avocado, the salsa/pico is just tomatoes, the chips are usually stale and if you get a good bag a few are still stale. The portions are all over the place, its really discouraging to even want to buy from there. You get random charges on your receipt, if they don't know how to do something they're just like oh i don't know. Rather than getting an employee who does know. The place is a mess and need staff that care, some one needs to be holding all of them accountable, manager included. They just barely opened and they already have a 2.3 rating on google echoing all of the things i have said here. Do better read more

This is my second time there and definitely won't be a 3rd. There's a sticker saying what ingredients were ordered and completely screwed it up . Obviously there is no management or quality controls in place. The Health Department needs to inspect this place. I'm sure everything on the line isn't in the correct temperature zone. The place is filthy and you can't even talk to someone to complain. They want to give me credit. Not a chance in hell. The first call tomorrow is to dispute the charge. The second call is to the corporate office. I now have to go out again to get something to eat. The third call is to the Health Department as every day I see restaurants failing inspections and this place should be one of them. This Chipotle is always just such a hot mess. Always filthy and out of food. Gave it a go again and this time out of black beans, covers/lids, vegetables and 2/5 meats. Guacomole is just straight avacado not even a spice or pico mix in it. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I waited 30 minutes in line due to only having one person working the food line and cash register at the same time. Two cooks in the back seemed to be doing nothing (and doing it slowly) because there were multiple ingredients not refilled. I finally got to the cash register and was told to wait as the large group BEHIND me had all of their orders made. Mine sat there as I stood at the counter another 10 minutes waiting for checkout. My entire office just order take out form the store for lunch. I ordered double protein with no rice and beans because I'm watching carbs. my bowl alone cost over $21 for the double brisket. what i received was definitely not a double protein order. Food portions are way too small, even when you order in person. Every time I come, there are always out of something & I have to wait an additional 10-20 min once I finally get to the front of the line (this is after waiting 30 min in line). I drive to a further Chipotle location now because of how bad my experiences at this one were. This location has potential, but needs better management to make sure food is in stock. read more

I am leaving this review not only for costumers but for the management responsible for my disappointing experience. Once entering the facility an odor of an illegal tobacco filled the air. Second the staff was yelling and having a discussion about situation that occurred with another employee and began cursing numerous times. Third I had to repeat my order multiple times and was never greeted or acknowledged I was being helped. Fourth The food I was served was dry and not very fresh at all. I highly don't recommend this location. Especially for kids. Sorry. But this was unacceptable. May I also add I observed law enforcement denied a discount because they didn't work for the sheriffs department. read more

I have been to this location twice now and both times were terrible. The first time the staff was extremely rude and they were out of almost all the ingredients. I decided to give it one more try and I went and the line took forever even though there were only 5 people in it. I got to the front and they were out of all the rice so the lady had to go make more. There was only one option of beans and they were mush. There was only chicken left for protein. To top it all off they were missing all the veggies, guacamole, queso, and lettuce. It is extremely disappointing for a location that appears to be brand new! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would! The people here lacked any kind of customer service, from the employees to the managers. First off, We ordered through Chipotlane and waited over 20 minutes for someone to even open the window for us. We didn't even get any greeting, just simply "name?" and then handed us the ordered that had been sitting on the top shelf the whole time. She didn't apologize for the wait, and when I expressed my disappointment she rolled her eyes and said sarcastically "sorry..". I would've left it at that, but then she also forgot my silverware so I had to go inside and get some, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager (Warren) who greeted me had only been there for 1 day told me to give him "a couple weeks to turn this store around." I complained about the girl's behavior and she continued to roll her eyes at me while I was speaking to the manager. Whatever. I went back to my car to eat, and of course my food was no where near right. I go inside and, wow! another manager came and greeted me. I told her my food wasn't right and I asked for her name (Michaela? Miranda?) as well, since everyone else had been unhelpful. I asked if she was the one who knew how to run the place and she got an attitude, said "you know what?" closed my food and threw it in the trash only to say they were out of my meat and to get a refund online while smiling in my face. It's a true shame that this is how Chipotle chooses to treat their customers. I spent $40 on food that was thrown in the trash right in front of my face.
